  1. Nameless Fool (12:09:34 AM): ...hmm...
  2. Nameless Fool (12:12:07 AM): There's something I want to talk about, but... I dunno if it'll hurt your feelings. It's about RPing. And no, it's not about you wanting to RP or not.
  3. Jason Winter (12:14:01 AM): If it's important it's probably better said now instead of letting it fester, man :B
  4. Nameless Fool (12:14:13 AM): It's that you're kinda... slow to post. Really slow. I know it's one part due to Asperger's (sp?)...
  5. Jason Winter (12:15:45 AM): Oh, that. '-'
  6. Jason Winter (12:19:06 AM): ...also I'm kind of a slow typist :V
  7. Nameless Fool (12:19:29 AM): It is a little fustrating to me and Ali when it takes forever for a post to arrive. I just wanted to say something now.
  8. Nameless Fool (12:19:59 AM): So am I. :V Never learned how to type properly. Hunt and peck style for me.
  9. Jason Winter (12:23:57 AM): yeah. :V ...also sometimes I just need to really think about what I'm going to post and i tend to make revisions sometimes or I lose stuff because the box gets deselected because of how the trackpad on this laptop works. :E
  10. Nameless Fool (12:35:01 AM): I know the feeling.
  11. Nameless Fool (12:37:05 AM): Ali and I were speculating that a part of it comes from how we've changed RP styles over the past year. From our more simple action descs used in asteriks, to the more... I dunno the word, formal? ...no... ...way of RPing.
  12. Jason Winter (12:38:24 AM): It might be the formal style. because prose and action styles are whole different ballgames.
  13. Nameless Fool (12:39:07 AM): It's something we aren't used to, at least, as much as some others are.
  14. Nameless Fool (12:44:04 AM): I'm not upsetting you with this, am I?
  15. Jason Winter (12:44:34 AM): ...No. :P
  16. Nameless Fool (12:44:48 AM): :p Good.
  17. Nameless Fool (12:52:09 AM): When you need to think about posts, is it somewhat proportional to the intensity, like say, a simple response line like "Yes:, vurses say, a small essay for an attack/area description?
  18. Nameless Fool (12:53:20 AM): I apologize if it's a "no duh" question.
  19. Jason Winter (12:53:53 AM): somewhat... and also figuring out good adjectives/adverbs
  20. Nameless Fool (12:56:27 AM): Hmm...
  21. Jason Winter (12:59:28 AM): the tip-of-your-tongue bullshit that everyone hates
  22. Nameless Fool (1:00:21 AM): I'm just wondering what, if anything, can be done about this. Also, I am not speaking for Ali when I brought this up. She shares the fustration, but she obviousally can't speak for herself when she isn't here.
  23. Nameless Fool (1:00:32 AM): Ah
  24. Jason Winter (1:03:27 AM): I sadly can't think of anything... except go back to the old way. But that seems so... beneath us now really. :B
  25. Nameless Fool (1:09:16 AM): ...but is it? Is the old way really that unsophicated and primitive that going back is an acutal downgrade? Not going to advocate for going back, but am legit wondering if that's the case.
  26. Nameless Fool (1:11:36 AM): Or alternativly, we could try praticing this style a bit more, and not worry as much about the fine details and bullshit inconsistencies of the english language.
  27. Nameless Fool (1:15:32 AM): It just seems odd for one method of RP to be more refined than others, when it's bascally happy fun pretend times. ...granted, even the old way was better than "LOL I CAST BLOT 678790 ON YOU YOUR DED" "style" of RP.
  28. Jason Winter (1:16:55 AM): rofl
  29. Jason Winter (1:17:16 AM): that wasn't even RP
  30. Nameless Fool (1:17:41 AM): You got the point, though. :p
  31. Jason Winter (1:18:55 AM): Yeah I suppose.
  32. Jason Winter (1:19:41 AM): still, will ali be willing to go back to it is the million-zeni question
