Day 1 (Intro & Core task proficiency)

Introduction (Introduce yourselves as cadre, and introduce the GEO applicants to USSOCOM, cover the forums, website proper procedures etc.)
Check GEO applicant backgrounds and experience with military procedures, knowledge base, milsim experience, how their last unit ran etc etc
First Aid refresher
Combatives
Communications/ACRE2
Troop leading procedures
Land navigation

*You can have them run a quick FTX on Day 1 for Land Nav/Field craft to see where they're at.

Day 2 (Tactical & Weapons Proficiency)

Weapons Qualification
Battle Drills
Combat Patrol

Day 3 (Urban Operations and Final FTX)

Urban Operations
Finish with CULEX (Culminating Exercise)
