What happens and how it means:

The video starts with the wide eyed stare that it also ends with. This implies a loop. This can be interpreted multiple ways. I’ll put the second idea for what this could mean at the end, but for now I’ll just say it’s just a fun final thing to put in your very rewatchable video. The boy is in his room, it’s a very generic, sad place. It seems to be summer. His room is covered in a few posters as well as some figurines. He has been attempting to build a model of some cyber suit thing. There may be difficulties. The room also is littered with cigarettes he didn’t bother to find an ash tray for. Doesn’t speak well of his smoking habits. Odds are he may be a chain smoker. The legal age for smoking in Japan is 20, so he is either 20 years old, or he has obtained them through friends. Based off the fact he appears to live on his own, it is more likely he is just a full grown adult. He has slept in until about the afternoon based off the shading of the sun. It almost has a sunset feel to the tones, so maybe he is waking up at sunset. A monitor he was viewing some idol video through is glitching, and slowly begins to play. He is eying it as blankly as he was staring off into the distance before. Worth noting, he does have an ashstray, but it has been filled up. So yeah, he is chain smoking to the point he has to leave the extra cigs anywhere he can. I’m being a big cruel an assuming this is how much he’s smoked in one night, but chances are he’ll probably clean his work desk every once in a while. It’s also worth noting he’s built just about all his models, as their boxes are viewable in one of the angles. It also seems he has a model of the finale space ship.

   At last it starts. It is worth noting the symbology of the Memes. They are represented by a heart with a panty triangle, clearly an attempt to make it represent a rear end. Fair. As well, cherries. We don’t need to go into the meaning of cherries in this context, for it is obviously testicles and sex. There are similarities between idol videos popular in Japan with the video the main character likes, as they both treat women as very sexual subject matter. This portion of the video is obvious an attempt to either satirize or mimic this sort of video and its objectifying nature. Though the girls act happy and drool, this is obviously a hyperbole of the mask a real idol needs to wear. Mask symbology will be appear later, and it would seem to go a bit off topic to link the mask that Hana wears with the figurative mask an idol has to, but it may not be far off to take this route, and analysis in that direction would be warranted.

   The girls dance simply, all of them mimicking each other’s motions. It’s worth noting enough that the guy appears happy at this part, and is plainly smoking. He is in the exact same outfit as the start of the video, so that’s good continuity for you. It makes me ponder if the video isn’t just a metaphor for the guilt that comes with viewing this material. More on that soon. The girls have their dresses removed via a simple swipe. This is obviously meant to show there will be an escalation. Despite the complaints that the video was pretty intense and scarring, it was making it clear that there was going to be some scaling up at this point. The girls gesture and welcome the camera to gaze at out villain. Hana is a menacing creature. With a mask hiding her face with four eyes, sharp claws, and high heeled feet. She sits regally on a seat, an observing appearance to her lounging. With her comes the tone switch, and the beat gets dropped from the innocent jingles to the acid house grind fest

   The Memes are now garbed in extremely lewd dancer outfits. They feature a set of neon wires that connect around their neck, their breasts, and their loins with the obvious beads that hang from there. Gross. Also, we get a butt tunnel. This is literally nothing worse than what Taylor Swift did for her music video. Not to make a sepperate statement, but in Japan this is considered shocking and gross, while America it would be a punch line in an awfully directed music video. Nice.

   The colors are now dark purple and a bright red, as well as black. The girls continue to dance, very, very lewdly, and their dances more orbit around Hana now. It’s clear this new phase is meant to usher her in, and proper introduce her as the main darkness in the story. She is the first time we see a plain nipple, establishing this video does intend to actually show some nip. This is pretty brave in the anime world, if anyone recalls those countless years of “really thick steam” covering these regions. Hana takes to walking towards the boy now. Her walk is extremely floppy. A wire get’s pulled, and one of the girls has their beads tugged out. This causes an instant puddle to form under their loins, and no doubt cause the girl to orgasm. I can’t confirm where the wire tug comes from. It’s either the panicked boy dropping his cigarrete, or from Hana’s walk. Both seem very unlikely, so this will remain a mystery. As well, there is a short flash here of Hana-chan whilst Hana’s mask shows, the first time the two will be related. Hana, before smothering main boy, is shown clearly wearing a bracelet. She then smothers his head between her breasts, blood rises between the contours and he ‘wakes up’.

   He opens his eyes again, though we never saw them close. His room is as it was before. His screen is glitching again, with breasts on the screen, the screen covered with a glitching upper corner. At this point, the breasts literally break free of the screen. Leaping from the screen, assumingly, is Hana. She is fast and bestial. A few of his figurines spring to life with pure red eyes. I’m assuming they also start to grin. They climb on top of him. Hana first closes the eyes of her mask, and then removes it with a hollow fleshy sound. This reveals her face. Wild, lustful eyes, hardly any sanity to be found. She’s already drooling at the prospect of him, and is more than happy to have him cornered. The screen she escaped from flickers with the picture of homeslice’s main girl and him. Hana drools more, get’s a wild expression, and then assumingly vomits cum down his throat. He chokes on the substance, and another sequence begins.

   The first imagery is of assumingly Hana-chan and her body being torn apart as the sequence travels closer, all the way down to her skull, some of the grimest imagery you can get in this. Then we travel up a body, and see our hero hanging out on a nipple. His eyes are shown as green here, while all his other clothes are still the usual colors. Hana is shown in a lustful display. This is Hana based off the fact she has a pony tail that travels through a flower. A more pity filling Hana-chan appears. This the more innocent Hana since her flower is on the side of her head. Breast imagery continues. Also, vaginas look like eyes. Insightful. We get another good look at a Meme. We get a good look at really how the wire to their vagina works, and it’s clear it’s leading off stage. For someone to pull. For someone to make them ‘cum’ at beck and call. A puppeteer could pull it right at the climax of a show. The beginning of home slice’s favorite idol video shows, this time inverted. It is sliced away and shows pictures of Homeslice and his GF.

  The first photo, they are very happy together on a sunny day.  She looks happy, innocent even. This screen flies away, and now there is a second Homeslice. Slice 1 watches as Slice 2 is acting out a scene from his past. Hana-chan is on her knees crying. Her outfit, whilst showing plenty of cleavage, is the most modest you’ll see. She takes good care of her long curly hair, and her flower is perhaps her trademark, even though Hana also has one, though it is positioned as a band for her pony tail. Hana-chan also has the bangle that Hana does, further linking them. She is sobbing. Slice 2 is clearly fed up with all of her crying, and turns away to start leaving. Slice 1 is obviously really fucking sad to be seeing this again. Hana-chan’s tears are hardcore. She reaches to him, but Slice 2 don’t give a fuck. This is clearly when they broke up. Slice 1 is waaay to sad, and he can’t stand this shit. He starts running for her when it becomes apperant he also has an arm band. He wears it on the opposite arm Hana-chan does. He was also wearing it during the start of the video. Hana and Hana-chan wear it on the same side. Slice 1 runs, trying to help Hana-chan, but he gets pounced by Hana. Hana seems a bit off her game here. She’s acting too much like a beast. She’s just desperate to eat off one of his intestines. She isn’t her usual intense, cunning self. There was no seduction, just bounce on and chomp off.  It seems like she literally bit off his legs. She was mostly just trying to stop him from walking over to Hana-chan it seems. Hana goes over, and kisses Slice 1 as he lies on the floor, bleeding. He suddenly gets a spark, and more pictures appear. Him watching looking at her across a table, soda in her hand. Aquarium visit. Beach. Some sort of fireside intimate moment. And the same blue sky photo we’ve seen before. There’s a flash and we see Hana-chan again floating in space screaming for help. She seems like she’s drowning, and before our eyes she becomes Hana. As well, Hana seems more decked out than ever before. Assumingly, she became stronger the more our main man focuses on the pain. The song fades, and it’s time for the final act.

  There is a scream showing some parts of the video in reverse order landing him back in his room, and he screams in pain. It is obvious he just finished remembering all the hell he’s gone through to land him into his room. The scream results in his hair glowing red and his body becoming enforced in armor. The following segment is him trying to fight back. When a Meme is killed, it explodes in a massive burst of neon green. It’s worth noting the gear he is using is a gun he has in his room, and a suit of armor that he is currently trying to make a figure of. The armor figure is seemingly his first non-female one, so this may very well represent his attempt to break free of his addiction and try to focus on seemingly more fruitful things. The girls he kills have little negative reaction to be shot at, or having others die around them. They truly care not for their lives, even their death screams are little whimpers. When one gets ahold of him, we get a really close look. She is violent, slobbering, and aggressive. Truly, they are just trying to neuter him before he rebels for too long. The one that gets on him shows the most resistance to being killed yet, and she still never seems to mind too much. A petal fades in, showing Hana-chan, and the ground beneath him fades away.

   He falls forward. Hana is shown, and Hana-chan panics. It’s worth noting the shots of both have the same effects and color tone. Hero’s mask breaks, he seems in pain about this ordeal. His arm even breaks off. Something about where he is going is hurting him. And where he is falling, is towards Hana-chan. He reaches for her, and in the end she falls away into a black abyss. He gets swallowed as well. Hana’s mask opens its eyes, and its pupils focus. The final ship appears. There are an army of memes inside, and the whole thing seems to be trying for a uterus look. Hana-chan is shown in a web, tied around the waist of Hana. The picture of homeslice and his girl starts to crack and fade as Hana-chan is swallowed. Hana’s breasts seem larger for swallowing her, and it seems she has grown more powerful. The Meme start blasting the uterus thing with their boobs, and try and take hero down. The rave symbology is obvious. Hero cries as he watches their dances grow lewder. In the end he gets blasted to absolute bits. They all fly towards him, and Hana without her mask gives him a kiss. His head falls to the bottom, and his eyes wake up, the loop supposedly restarting.

   Sooo, what does this all mean?

   Hero guy is trying to bury some pain. I think Hana is a beast he’s always had, for there appears to be a younger, more feral version of her. She’s been growing with him. His modern self  lives alone in a room, dedicating himself to idol videos, anime, and figures. He is a smoker, and we have seen nothing to suggest he was before the break up. This is a recent thing. He may have always liked porn, always have liked anime. As for why the break up happened, it’s really damn hard to find a reason. We just know that the version of him after the break up, would do fucking anything to get her back, and it seems Hana is ready to eat his fucking legs off to stop him.

   There are parallels between Hana and Hana-chan. It is likely that Hana derives her form from Hana-chan. Her appearance is inspired by her, their bangs just about the same. The only difference being the twisted form of Hana from her source body, and her pony tail where her flower is also differently placed. Based off how the memes center around Hana, it’s obvious she is the queen of his porn, of his problems that may have driven the main guy to this. Let’s assume everything, even the dark twist in the idol video may represent his tastes, in which case it seems he wants something darkly more than what Hana-chan could offer. He’s clearly interested in cute bubbly girls, but he seems to have a darker edge where he wants something depraved and terrible. Like raves and strippers and poison girls who’ll eat him alive. So past homeslice might have left Hana-chan in the dust to try and get some meaner girls, but what he didn’t realize was how lonely he was just about to be.

   The monster that is Hana represents regret, guilt, and lust. She’s a monster that he clearly understands wants to destroy him, so why is he still in this cycle? Because, she’s seductive, she’s powerful, and these fantasies represent everything he wants, and everything he chose. The way it loops, it’s clear that he may come to feel and think all these awful things whenever he’s just trying to watch porn. The guilt is too much, and Hana will always be there, haunting him. How would you feel if there was a fuck demon who corrupted your porn and looked just like your ex? Fucking nightmare.
