  1. Go to C:/Program_Files(x86)/Steam/userdata/youruserid/4920/remote/options.xml

  3. Search for <mods>

  5. Delete any numbers in between the tags
  6.  
  7. Save the file and set it as read only
  8.  
  9.  
  10. Go to C:/Users/yourusername/AppData/Roaming/Natural Selection 2
  11.  
  12. Delete workshop and cache folders.
