- Too late
- I saw you with them standing there talking about me, laughing
- Pointing at the crying boy in the corner, shouting.
- I reached out mine, a hand left to decay,
- You bullied me into running away,
- I swore to myself you would pay,
- I’d make you all regret that day,
- And I wouldn’t forgive, no matter what you say.
- Days passed and I continued to wait,
- Until I caught you alone at the gate,
- You wore the face that belonged to my mate,
- You reached out yours, a hand I now hate,
- Oblivious to the fact that you’re too late.
