  1. "Another day, another bit," you sighed.
  2. >You sit back against a tree and watch as the sun goes down.
  3. >Day: 200 in Equestria
  4. >You've been doing this for a while now.
  5. >After work, you would come to this tree, and watch the sun go down.
  6. >It was your "secret hiding spot" from your everyday life.
  7. >Until one day...
  8. Hm... what's this?
  9. >It seems like a crumpled up piece of paper is laying in your spot.
  10. ITS A SIGN!
  11. >You don't really think its a sign, but you pick it up and read it anyway.
  12. >"The Great and Powerful-" The paper cut it off there...
  13. >At the bottom it says "tonight only! Day: Whatever today's date is at sundown! Come over to the West side of Ponyville, and bring the camera!"
  14. >Hm...
  15. >Seems pretty cool.
  16. >You jam the paper in your pocket.
  17. >Clouds began to form in the sky.
  18. Hope it doesn't rain...
  19.
  20. >You arrive at the scene.
  21. >A wagon with "The Great and Powerful Trixie" was painted on the side.
  22. >Trixie... where have you heard of that name before?
  23. >It seems like no-one came.
  24. >You were the only one in the audience.
  25. Hm...
  26. >You decide to sit in the back.
  27. >You look around... Waiting to see if anyone else was going to show up.
  28. >...
  29. >Oh!
  30. >A griffon walks up and sits down.
  31. >Well then.
  32. >The show was starting to begin.
  33. >Music was heard, coming from the wagon.
  34. I wonder if-
  35. >A stage was shot out of the wagon.
  36. >It looks like... a unicorn?
  37. >"The great and powerful-"
  38. >A loud crash was heard from the sky.
  39. >Rain....
  40. >Damn... That sucks...
  41. >The unicorn fell on her flank.
  42. >Her mane and hat soaked.
  43. >"Wow... this sucks." The griffon muttered to herself.
  44. >"A small set-back! The great and powerful Trixie will make-"
  45. >Another crash was heard.
  46. >Trixie was latched on the griffon.
  47. >"Hey what are you?"
  48. >"FEAR NOT, GRIFFON! The great and powerful Trixie is here to save you!"
  49.
  50. >The three of you were soaking wet.
  51. >The griffon pushed trixie away.
  52. >"Look-"
  53. >An even louder crash was heard.
  54. >Both the griffon and the "Great and Powerful Trixie" were in each others arms, shivering.
  55. >You couldn't help but to giggle.
  56. >"Sh-shut up monkey guy!"
  57. HAHAHA! Oh man... Here.
  58. >You toss your jacket over both of them.
  59. What would REALLY suck if you both caught a cold.
  60. >They both used your jacket as an umbrella.
  61. Hey, Trixie... you don't mind if we use your wagon as a shelter, do you?
  62. >Trixie looks at you in suprise.
  63. >"Trixie does not mind sharing her vehicle for a while..."
  64. >You smile.
  65. Great.
  66. >You walk both the girls into the wagon.
  67.
  68. >It was small...
  69. >Very small...
  70. >Inside the wagon was as cold as the outside to...
  71. >The rain was hitting the ceiling hard.
  72. >It was also dark... with only one candle lit.
  73. >You, Trixie, and the griffon sat on the floor... cramped.
  74. >"As you can see, Trixie's living environment is- AH- AH- AH CHO!"
  75. See...
  76. >You turn to the griffon.
  77. So... what's your name?
  78. >She sighs.
  79. >"Gilda."
  80. What a nice name. My name is Anonymous. You can call me Anon for short.
  81. >The both looked at you.
  82. >"Your Anon?!"
  83. >"Your Anon?!"
  84. The one and only.
  85. >They both look down, not saying a word after that.
  86. Why? You've heard of me before?
  87. >"No"
  88. >"No"
  89. >They were perfectly synchronized.
  90. Well, the storm doesn't look like its going to ease up soon, mind if we crash here, Trixie?
  91. >"Trixie... does not think that-"
  92. >A loud crash was heard outside... louder than the ones before.
  93. >Trixie and Gilda latch themselves on you.
  94. Hahaha! Oh you guys.
  95. >They both blush and jump off of you.
  96. >A sudden drop was felt.
  97. >"Uh... Trixie... What was that?"
  98. >"If Trixie knew, she would have told you, but-"
  99. I'll go check it out.
  100.
  101. >You jump out of the wagon.
  102. >Oh no...
  103. >The top of the wagon was ablaze!
  104. >And...
  105. >THE GIRLS!
  106. >You try to open the door to the wagon.
  107. >The fire ran down and fire engulfed the door.
  108. Shit!
  109. >You ram yourself into the wagon, breaking the door.
  110. >Trixie and Gilda were both knocked out.
  111. >You throw both of them over your shoulder and made your way out.
  112. >The rain was doing nothing...
  113. >The fire took the entire wagon and stage, which was attached to it.
  114. >What were you to do?
  115. >...
  116. >Your place.
  117. >The rain was coming down harder.
  118. >You began to run.
  119.
  120. >You barge into your own home.
  121. >Laying down both of them on your bed, you start to light up candles to see better.
  122. >Maybe should have brought them to a hospital...
  123. >You hear both of them breathing...
  124. >...
  125. >Alright Anon... Think straight here...
  126. >But you are, aren't you?
  127. >You grab an extra blanket and throw it over Gilda.
  128. >Seems like Trixie is hogging up all the blanket.
  129. >You sit down and look out the window.
  130. >This rain man...
  131. *yawn*
  132. >You need some shut-eye...
  133. >Grabbing the last blanket, you get ready to sleep.
  134. Goodnight Trixie, Gilda... hope things get better in the morning.
  135. >They both were sleeping soundly.
  136. Nighty *yawn* night.
  137.
  138. >The next morning.
  139. >Gilda and Trixie are gone.
  140. >Oh well...
  141. >A 2 notes are found where they were sleeping.
  142. >"Dear Anon, thanks for the bed. - Gilda"
  143. >"Thanks - Trixie"
  144. Um... Okay?
  145. >You jam both of the notes into your pocket.
  146. >The blankets were neatly folded at the edge of the bed.
  147. >How nice.
  148. >You slab on some suitable clothes, and a slip into your running shoes.
  149. >Time to go "run" some errands.
  150. >You make sure to lock the door behind you.
  151. Hope none of these ponies jack my stuff...
  152. >*Click-Lock*
  153.
  154. >As you walked into town, you notice a crowd gathering.
  155. >Hmmm... Whatever is it?
  156. >Seems like its getting A LOT of attention...
  157. >You shuffle through the crowd of ponies and stallions.
  158. >As you make it closer to the front, you notice everyp0ny is upset and angry.
  159. >"Can you believe her?"
  160. >"Seriously, what's her problem?"
  161. >"Why can't she just leave?!"
  162. >...
  163. >You notice the mane6 in the front.
  164. >They too, were angry.
  165. >Even Fluttershy!
  166. >"This is NOT Trixie's fault here!"
  167. AJ - >"Ya'll are the one put up that weird stick-thingy!"
  168. The crowd: "Ya!"
  169. RD - >"You're the one that brought that Ursa Major here!"
  170. The crowd: "YA!"
  171. PP - >"YOU ARE THE ONE, WHO ATE. ALL. THE. PUDDING!"
  172. The crowd: "Huh?"
  173. PP: "Eh, I tried."
  174.
  175. >”Look, it wasn't TRIXIE who burned down her OWN home! It was the weather.”
  176. RD - >”Blaming it on the pegasus ponies huh?”
  177. >”What?!”
  178. >The crowd began to close in on Trixie.
  179. >A rock comes flying through the air, hitting trixie on the head.
  180. >”Ow!”
  181. WAIT!
  182. >They all stopped and turned.
  183. Ponies, please. We don’t have to act so violently...
  184. >You walk over to Trixie.
  185. >She was on the ground, blood dripping from the side of her head.
  186. >Must have been a sharp rock...
  187. >”Anon?”
  188. Hey, you alright?
  189. RD - >”WHAT THE HAY, ANON?! WHY ARE YOU BUCKING HELPING HER?”
  190. TS - >”Although I do not agree with RainbowDashes vocabulary on the subject, I do agree with her. Why are you helping Trixie?”
  191. What did she do that is SO wrong, here?!
  192. >You throw your arms out for all to see.
  193. You act as though she was a monster!
  194. >”Monster?...”
  195. >A tear runs down Trixie’s face.
  196. >She stands up.
  197. PP - >”Anon, don’t you know?!”
  198. Know, what?!
  199. TS - >”SHE is the one... Who brought the Ursa Minor here.”
  200. >You turn to her.
  201. >Trixie falls back as soon as she sees your face.
  202. >”Anon... Trixie... She...”
  203. >You crouch down.
  204. I don’t care.
  205. >The crowd gasps
  206. And another thing...
  207. >The mane6 watches as you pick up Trixie, and hoist her over your shoulder.
  208. She is a good friend of mine.
  209. Mane6 - >”WHAT?!”
  210. >The crowd resumed there roar’s.
  211. >”AT LEAST CLEAN THE MESS!”
  212. >”ANON IS CLEARLY OUT OF HIS HEAD!”
  213. >Mess?
  214. >You look at the ashes, what was once a home to your dear friend.
  215. >...
  216. >Alright.
  217. >Ignoring the crowds chants and screams, you made your way back home.
  218.
  219. >”Anon...”
  220. I just don’t know... I just... I am so sorry Trixie. I never knew my “friends” would ever do such a thing... But all that's in the past now.
  221. >Trixie began to slip off your shoulder.
  222. >”Trixie can walk now...”
  223. >You let her fall.
  224. >She lands on her hooves, flipping her hair back in the process.
  225. >You both arrive at your house.
  226. Hey Trixie... Wanna crash here?
  227. >”What?! Trixie would never-”
  228. Look, I know you don’t have a home... And I know none of those ponies back there would lend you a bed... Why not stay here?
  229. >”...”
  230. >A long pause was had.
  231. >”Trixie will... Think about it.”
  232. Close enough.
  233. >You open the door to your humble abode.
  234. >Trixie begins to roam around, looking at your house.
  235. >”Its different from last time...”
  236. >It wasn't.
  237. Hehe, I guess it was because-
  238. >”No, no... its different.”
  239. >Okay then...
  240.
  241. >Trixie sits herself down.
  242. >You grab your gloves.
  243. >”Where are you going?”
  244. Huh? Oh... Someones gotta clean up that mess. I’ll try to salvage anything I can.
  245. >”You can’t! That was Trixie’s mess, so Trixie must-”
  246. SShhhh, calm yourself.
  247. >”...”
  248. You sit tight, I’ll be back before you know it.
  249. >”But-”
  250. No but’s!
  251. >”...”
  252. Laters!
  253.
  254. >You close the door and make your way to pile of wreckage.
  255. >As you were returning to town, you see a tail coming out of the ash.
  256. Hello?
  257. >Gilda’s head pops out.
  258. >”Hey dude. Thanks for letting me crash at your place...”
  259. Naw, its cool. What are you doing here?
  260. >”Looking around... Ya know... The usual. You?”
  261. … Well, I am going to clean that mess up. Wanna help? I could use the extra hands- er... claws? Paws? Um...
  262. >Gilda lifts up her claws.
  263. Claws!
  264. >”...”
  265. Hehe...
  266. >Gilda continues to give you a blank stare.
  267. >”Sure.”
  268. >You smile and reach over to hand her a bag.
  269. >Gilda grabs the bag from your hand, scratching your.
  270. Ow!
  271. >”Woah, sorry bro. Here, let me see...”
  272. >She lifts up your hand, delicately.
  273.
  274. >”Sorry Anon, here.”
  275. >She opens her beak, and licks your wound.
  276. >Her tongue was rough, bringing more pain to the cut.
  277. >She brings her head back, to see if it there was any effect.
  278. >A bit of saliva was left over.
  279. >Gilda looks at it slightly angered.
  280. Its alright, Gilda.
  281. >You slip on your glove.
  282. See?
  283. >Gilda turns her head in disapproval.
  284. >”Whatever man, lets start working.”
  285. Right!
  286. >After about 2 hours or so, the job was finished.
  287. >You both were panting.
  288. >It was hard work, collecting all that wood and ash.
  289. >Gilda was sitting on the stack of ash bags.
  290. Hey, Gilda?
  291. >”Yeah?”
  292. >Lets head back to my place, I can get ya cold one.
  293. >She flies off of the bags.
  294. >” I'm game.”
  295.
  296. >Both of you began to walk to your place.
  297. >The sun was going down.
  298. >”Hey Anon?”
  299. Yeah?
  300. >”Can I see your hand?
  301. Uh, sure...
  302. >You bring up your hand.
  303. >She removes your glove, and examines your hand thoroughly.
  304. >Gilda grins.
  305. >”Knew it.”
  306. What?
  307. >”Nothing!~”
  308. >She began to prance ahead.
  309. Hey wait up, you don’t even know where it is!
  310. >” I've been there already! Jeez dude, did you get hit in the head when you were a kid?”
  311. >You both laugh.
  312. >Arriving at the house, Gilda begins to calm down.
  313. >”Hey Anon?”
  314. EEeyeah?
  315. >”Just wondering... Wanna go fishing? I mean, if your up to it.... ‘Might be a little extreme for ya.”
  316. >Extreme.
  317. >Really?
  318. Haha, sure!
  319.
  320. >You open the door to see your house in ruins.
  321. >HOLY SHIT, WERE YOU ROBBED?!
  322. >As you enter, a loud noise can be heard...
  323. >From the kitchen.
  324. >Gilda entered a pouncing stance.
  325. >You grabbed a lamp.
  326. >Leading Gilda into the kitchen, the sound stops.
  327. >”Darn it! Not again...”
  328. >You both peak around the corner.
  329. >...
  330. >Trixie?
  331. >She is... staring into a pot?
  332. >It explodes in her face.
  333. >Gilda falls to the floor laughing.
  334. Trixie?
  335. >”Anon!”
  336. >Trixie trips, and the pot lands on her head, spilling more of... “Whatever that was” on her head.
  337. >You help her up.
  338. Trixie, what were you doing?
  339. >”Nothing...”
  340. Heh, doesn't look like nothing.
  341. >Gilda was beginning to recover from her laughing session.
  342. >”Trixie was just... wanting to make some cake... FOR HERSELF...And had a few troub-
  343. >The pan in the sink set on fire.
  344. >You sigh.
  345. Look, if you wanted to bake something, just ask!
  346. >You walk over to the sink, and wash out the fire.
  347. There we go... Now, what was it that you wanted to make?
  348. >”...”
  349. >Trixie runs into the other room.
  350. >Gilda giggles.
  351. C’mon Gilda, she had a rough day.
  352. >”You still up for fishing tomorrow?”
  353. Huh? Yeah, of course.
  354. >”Cool. Well, gonna jet, later man.”
  355. Later Gilda.
  356. >You walk her to the door.
  357. >Her wings flare out.
  358. >Never have you seen wings that huge!
  359. >Usually, they are a lot smaller, compared to a pegasus’s
  360. >Gilda soar’s off.
  361. >Now... What are you going to do with Trixie?
  362.
  363. [This could be a trixie x anon or gilda x anon... Don't know which one...]
