I want to discuss some changes we are making to how we run PVE in the corporation.

First, if you have a role crew, roll the static, scan all sites, and make the bookmarks, you are allowed to claim one site as your own (assuming there are multiple sites worth running). You may also put a 10% tax on all other sites. If there is only 1 site, then you can only put a 10% tax on that site, you cannot claim the hole for yourself.

Let me repeat, you are not allowed to claim a hole only for yourself.

Second, if you are scanning a chain with other individuals as a group, all sites tax's are to be shared amongst all scanners. Some people will always be faster than others with certain sites, but no one will want to learn if they feel that someone else will always get the benefit. We need to be open to helping others improve, that way we all make more isk faster.

Third, killing of corp mates is not allowed (acceptions for agreed duels, pvp accidents, other stupidity apply). This means if someone is ignoring you to get out of a site, which shouldn't happen anymore given sites are generally open to all, you cannot kill them.

Additionally, yelling and screaming at corp mates for ignoring a policy or request is not acceptable. It does you no good and makes everyone around you uncomfertable.

If anyone chooses to ignore any of these regulations please report them to me, and I will handle it. If they are going over the top and losing control then please report it to any directors who are online (or senior FC's if no director's are available).

I understand this represents a big shift for the corp, but we need to promote working as a team rather than solo activities, and this is a big step in the right direction for us all.
