*Installing GBC, GBA, SNES games via Virtual Console*

>download the games you want from rom sites

>convert the roms into .CIAs

>place in .CIA folder inside SD card

>install through FBI

you'll most likely run into a snag when prompted to select SAVE TYPE when creating GBA .CIAs
in order to save onto an SD card or rather enjoy saves at all using VC you'll need to select SRAM
the final step in creating the .CIA will give you the option to patch the ROM but it's broken

you'll need to use an additional program to give it the SRAM patch BEFORE trying to create the .CIA

>select your .gba file
>select SRAM tab
>patch

if it's greyed out the ROM was already patched, you can proceed with the conversion, and SELECT SRAM without it you will have no save file

*Installing PSX Retroarch emulator (n3ds only)*

>download retroarch .cia

>install PCSX retroarch
1.copy retroarch folder to root of SD card
2.copy pcsx_rearmed_libretro .cia into cias folder
3.get your hands on PSX BIOS  (5500, 5501, 5502) and place them in (/retroarch/cores/system)

4.install the .cia via FBI
5.configure retroarch by launching it and tweaking these setting
>you can get near full speed with cia version on new 3DS, by disabling Audio/video synch (Settings>Audio>Audio Sync Enable OFF and setting sound resampler (Settings>Driver>Audio Driver>Audio) to "Nearest"

>playing games
1.create games folder inside retroarch folder
2.download PSX iso from iso hosting site
3.extract .bin file from iso and place it in games folder
4.launch libretro from home menu and launch your game

*Installing Freeshop*

1. open Freeshop and tap on the little setting button

2. go to Updates

3. tap on little QR square

4. navigate to

5. open encTitleKeys.bin QR

6. scan with camera opened in step 3

7. update

8. close and relaunch Freeshop

*Decrypt9 Custom Logo*

1. install image editor

2. create your image with W320xH240px

3. convert it to .bin with; (leave rotate 90 and transparency as they are)

4. save it to root of SD card and name it "d9logo.bin"

you will need a paypal (link it to a prepaid master card) to buy a legit flashcart

personal suggestion is to go for Acekard 2i its the best one (imo)

2. Download and place this Homebrew application on your SD card:
