  1. started playing this game after i went to an id tech camp in like 5th grade and saw that they had a tf2 tournament for the older kids. i wasnt allowed to play because i was too young but it looked pretty cool so i thought i would remember it for later. as expected, i was at school one day early in 7th grade (first week or so i think) and remembered this cool game called tf2 after thinking about wanting to go back to id tech camp. didnt go to the camp but downloaded tf2 and started playing. met a cool guy at school who was in the year above me who told me about competitive tf2 (shoutouts to seven) and told me that he was a pyro main in silver. i put together a few friends from school and started a 4v4 team for season 1. the team died pretty quickly as people lost interest in the game and i tried to make a steel highlander team with people from a skial highlander i frequented. that team died too and i ended up taking a season break before starting a silver highlander team called isf with people that i pulled from the forums instead of pubs, and that team died too - in preseason this time. i figured i should stop leading teams and so went lft in s15, finding a steel team on my new main: sniper. did ok and we finished at 4-4, decided to take a break for a season. when i came back in s17, i helped lead a team called trump's grumps with my buddy snake with whom i played in s15. we did equally well, finishing at 4-4, and after i took another season break i am again playing lolhl in platinum with burt macklin, another snake team. 6s has been poking in and out of my horizon over the seasons but i cant play weekdays which means sadly esea and ugc scheduling both dont work for me.
