- Well, I have to say that the Earth here is a much nicer place than the last Earth I visited. It might have something to do with the last Earth having been bombed into a radioactive oblivion, of course... but I think that's more the nature of that universe in general, to be honest.
- There's... not honestly a whole lot that I can go into detail on, I think. I hitched a ride on a couple of ships for a couple years each and saw a lot of Federation space, but not much combat, and quite frankly much less weirdness than I expected. I mean, sure, there definitely was weirdness. And when I went anywhere, I ended up on the front line. That's not exactly surprising - being part of the diplomatic arm I got to deal with a few First Contact scenarios, and... well, one of them didn't end up involving ritual combat or an ambush of some kind, at least!
- And after my rotations in Starfleet, I got to hang out around Earth and help the Federation with their technological research.
- I'm sure that taking their technological base and advancing it won't have any lasting effects at all.
