- Cook rice. Meanwhile soak dried Shiitake Mushrooms in water for about 30-40 mins. (the longer, the better)
- DON'T THROW AWAY THE WATER YO SOAKED THE MUSHROOMS IN!!!
- Take the mshrooms out, squeeze excess water out and cut them into stripes or cube (as you prefer)
- Fry them in a frying pan with some butter.
- Add rice, add some of the water, cook until water is gone, add some more water.
- Season with soy sauce, a little bit sugar and salt.
- Cook until water is gone again. Continue adding water and cooking util all your mushroom water is gone.
- Before the last water dries up completely (but let it dry up a bit), crack a raw egg, throw it in there and mix.
- when you feel like the egg is ot raw anymore (you won't see it - FEELS) it's done!
- Oh and you can add every vegetable you like too.
