  1. Cook rice. Meanwhile soak dried Shiitake Mushrooms in water for about 30-40 mins. (the longer, the better)
  2. DON'T THROW AWAY THE WATER YO SOAKED THE MUSHROOMS IN!!!

  4. Take the mshrooms out, squeeze excess water out and cut them into stripes or cube (as you prefer)
  5. Fry them in a frying pan with some butter.
  6. Add rice, add some of the water, cook until water is gone, add some more water.
  7. Season with soy sauce, a little bit sugar and salt.
  8. Cook until water is gone again. Continue adding water and cooking util all your mushroom water is gone.
  9. Before the last water dries up completely (but let it dry up a bit), crack a raw egg, throw it in there and mix.
  10. when you feel like the egg is ot raw anymore (you won't see it - FEELS) it's done!

  12. Oh and you can add every vegetable you like too.
