  6. Code.bins method:
  7. Just copy and paste one of the patched code.bins into SD:/luma/code_sections
  8.  
  9. Hold select when booting Luma to open up the config menu, turn on "Enable region/language emu. and ext. .code" and press start.

  11. Code.ips method(alternative to code.bins method either one is fine):
  12. 1. Go to eShop and download the update for SM ver 1.1
  13. 2. Go into Luma and delete the previous patched code.bin
  14. 3. Go to https://github.com/SciresM/SMPatcher/releases/tag/1.1 and grab SMPatcher.IPS.files1.1.zip
  15. 4. Go into SD:\luma and create the folder path:
  16. SD:\luma\titles\0004000000175E00\ for moon or SD:\luma\titles\0004000000164800\for sun.
  17. 5. Extract the ips patch from the zip you just downloaded and paste it in the "0004..." folder you just created.
  18. 6. Rename the ips file to "code.ips"
  19. 7. Boot up your 3ds and open LumaUpdater, choose to update to latest hourly build.
  20. 8. Reboot and hold Select on boot to enter Luma menu, Check the "enable game patching" option.
  21. 9. Load up your game and you should be able to inject again.

  24. Extract the patched code.bins and rename them to 00175E00.code for Moon and 00164800.code for Sun.
  25. Place it in SD:/hans/

  27. Start up the homebrew menu and open HANS, open Pokemon through it. Finally, use the in-game QR scanner, and you're golden.
