Your plot needs some work before a rank up. Here are some ideas

Organics - What are organics? Organics are anything living from trees, to animals. - Organics are present on the plot, but still need work. Trees have to be proportional, which means, not too many leaves for the trunk, and not too thick or thin of a trunk for the leaves. The trees are currently not proportional. They need to have the right amount of leaves for the size/depth of the trunk.
Structure - What is Structure? Structure is the buildings on a plot from towers, to houses, to market stalls! - The palette of your structure, is a bit odd. It doesn't seem to fit the plot, and some of the blocks don't match with others. I suggest you make the palette match a bit more. I also suggest you add depth to your build. Depth is multiple layers in the structure. You can create depth with blocks like stairs, slabs, fences, buttons, and trapdoors.
