- HOW TO BECOME THE PURSUER (How to get an actually good GS moveset)
- First of all, keep theses.
- 131800720 : Pursuer's Sword Beam
- 131801100 : Pursuer's Affinity
- As you can guess, this is what we're going to use.
- First, get a Pursuer's Greatsword +5.
- Search array of bytes in the memory viewer for
- 38 31 FD 10 BC FF F6 10 30 BB 09 11 05 00 00 00 C4 83 FE 10 80
- Change 38 31 FD 10 to 04 2F FD 10.
- This will give you the Smelter Sword moveset, but more importantly, his special attacks, which is what we're going to use.
- Do a strong attack while the debugger from the 2hu helper table is running.
- You will see three values usually.
- If during the windup for the power attack, you see flames, then the first value is that. It's the "casting" animation. We don't need that gay shit.
- Put the longetivity on 0.
- If there's no flame, then the first value will be the attack itself, so see below.
- The second value is usually what interest us, the attack itself.
- Browse to the child projectile values. You should see the spot is used. Replace the two values for either the Sword Beam's value or the Affinity's value.
- Then, put the longetivity of the value you're currently changing (So the second value, the smelter attack itself) to 0.
- Head to the Child bullet conditions, disable "Child bullet spawn on collision" and enable "Child bullet spawn on timeout."
- If you did it right, then the strong attack should shoot either affinity or sword beam.
- There's four different casting in that moveset.
- The 1H Strong attack, the second 1H strong attack after the first one
- The 2H Strong attack and the second 2H strong attack.
- Use the debugger to find the values and replace them following what was written above.
