If your opponent controls a monster, and all the monsters (if any) on your side of the field and in your Graveyard are "Blackwing" monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon 1 "Assault Blackwing - Shvuu the Cunning" once per turn this way. If this card is Normal Summoned, if you control no other monsters: You can Special Summon 1 "Blackwing" monster from your hand or Graveyard, except "Assault Blackwing - Shvuu the Cunning", and if you Special Summon a Tuner by this effect, treat it as a non-Tuner monster for a Synchro Summon.
