Recap: in Gen 6, Pokemon x and y, a new and popular playing style has been founded and has been going on and is still off the charts, free for alls. Who could have thought of such a great idea, I'm glad you ask, because it wasn't me, it was unknown duncan knee deep. At the time he was just starting to play competitively in the pokemon community, doing battles, meeting shofu (who are now frens) an shit like that and then that's when it happen on a stream highlight duncan introduces the new life and poppin battle style, free for alls. As successful as it was, duncan came through and became a known poke-tuber. Then he had to go and do it again, did he? He made a even more popular battle style, roulette free for all.

Roulette free for alls is a battle format made by duncan and has not been discovered by gamefreak.
Roulette free for alls are similar to free for alls but in roulette, you have to use a pokemon randomizer generator to randomly selected 3-6 pokemon and use them in a free for all. The additional rules are:

-Evolve!: it allows you to evolve one pokemon on your team each ffa.
-Reselect: it allows you to re-roll one pokemon on your team each ffa.
-Trade: if two or more contender don't have the selected pokemon and agreed to these terms, they are allowed to use this rule.
-Strike!: you are unable to use this unless you have 3 wins. It allows you to faint anyone's pokemon and the is unable to be use in the ffa.
-counter!: you are unable to use this unless you lost a ffa. It stops the strike ability.
