Located beneath the Arena, this chamber is the meeting point for
those who wish to fight for all to see, on the sandy grounds of
the colossal main ring. The room itself is lit by oil torches and
the white stone walls have been hung with lavish banners and flags,
each proclaiming epic battles and heroic bloodshed. Stone stairs
lead back up to the entrance of the Arena, and to the east and west
the doors of the fighters lead into the battleground itself. Upon
the wall, a deeply engraved brass sign explains the proper etiquette
for beginning a fight.
