Hello, I am Dr. Wei Ho. As you may all know, I am a prominent researcher in the field of exotic biology, which is basically normal biology but also combines principles of theoretical physics since my main subjects are extraordinary living beings, the P.E.M.F.s.

Up until recently, we thought we'd seen everything. The P.E.M.F.s defying basic Laws of Gravity, defying Laws of Conservation of Mass, etc. But, despite all this, the strangest phenomenon we've observed in them yet is 'exotic long-distance biological communication'. There's more to this than you might think.

[Historical Roots]

Yes, I was the one who came up with the fancy name. And with good reason, too. It's exotic, it's long-distance, and it's a biological function of some sort. But despite the discovery of P.E.M.F.s utilizing this ability, it's not actually new.

What we call Bio-Comms for short, contemporary peoples have known as 'telepathy', or 'psychic linkage'. That's right. For many millennia, we've actually been observing and theorizing about this unique form of communication. It wasn't until the P.E.M.F.s showed up that we could actually verify all this.

Over the course of history, individuals both human and animal were said to possess other-worldly power, being able to 'read minds' and connect to other living beings on a wholly different level than normal. In our advanced age, we couldn't verify any of this, even after several years into our encounter with the P.E.M.F.s.

I won't lie, I'm not gonna stand here and bore you with the details of the many, MANY accounts of this demonstrated ability. I better just move onto the specifics.

[Modern Day]

It was into Second Wave that we discovered this form of communication. It wasn't easy, I'll tell you that. It wouldn't be until the rise of King Ghidorah that we could actually observe this characteristic in motion.

The creature's mere presence could cause disturbances in electrical equipment. I emphasize 'could', because that's extremely important. King Ghidorah could communicate with P.E.M.F.s over long distances without utilizing any forms of radio waves, sound, or echolocation. We were stumped. We had no idea how he was doing it.

But then we looked at the aforementioned electromagnetic disturbance. We analyzed the patterns of the disturbances in comparison to the changes in behaviour in the P.E.M.F.s, and found a correlation. Now, you might all be thinking that the electromagnetism itself was the communication, and I don't fault you over the assumption.

But this simply isn't the case. King Ghidorah himself showed no awareness of the electromagnetic effects he was having when using this form of communication. The disturbances are merely an after-effect of this communication, which, as we theorize now, uses unseen connections in the dimension where non-standard DE energy exists between living beings to send complex thoughts and commands. The same thing happened with the Bagan incident only a few years ago, only that time, he caused electrical disturbances across the entire globe and communicated with every living being on Earth.

Yes yes, I know. There are extreme similarities to String Theory.

Seeing as how we've ALL technically had these 'psychic experiences', we all know how it feels. It's like your own conscience was hacked, and you cannot control it, the voice blaring in your head like a radio you cannot turn off. The reason for this is that humans ordinarily cannot respond to such exotic communications, only receive. But, like many other previously extraordinary phenomena like sudden superhuman strength and apparitions, this is all explained by non-standard DE energy.

Some individuals can simply develop a connection, and it can dissipate just as quickly as it appears. But for those who can actively harness it, it's quite useful. We can share experiences, memories, and communicate without ever actually having to vocalize or type out our responses.

But caution must be exercised. If the connection between two individuals is strong enough, they can do more than just communicate. Theoretically, they could even experience each other's physical feelings of pain. We still do not know if the two connected individuals could also share physical injuries, but we will find out soon enough with time and research.
