c. Charismatic Aura: Orange Aura users have a way with words, giving them a +1 to the use of any skill involving wordcraft.
d. Projectile Dysfunction: While anything being held by the user is totally unaffected, any projectile launched, magical or physical, is immediately affected by their own aura, giving them a -1 to ranged attacks, skills, and spells.

  (Free Racial) Burrowing: Diamond dogs can dig tunnels and holes with ease, setting traps, moving unseen and fleeing in unexpected directions.

Traits:

Akira is a female Diamond Dog. Her fur is is a dark grey-blue, and she has burnt orange eyes. The armor is a dark steel color, with the kabuto being of the same material. The kimono is a purple with a crimson rose petal patern, which she wears over her armor. She takes off the kimono when she fights. Akira was born into a very militaristic Diamond Dog den, who instead of mainly focusing on slaving was more bent on controlling other dens. A daughter of the chief, Akira was trained in combat just like the men of her den. However, eventually times changed. With pony settlers settling near her father's den, Celestia sent delegates to propose a deal for their land. For a large sum of gems, her father sold the territory, disbanding the den. Turning to a life of luxury, Akira's father became the leader of successful and large guild of sell-swords, living with many Diamond Dogs acting as generals in a large army of mercenaries. Being the eldest of the successors of her father, Akira became his right hand dog, going out and doing quests for her father for the interest of the guild.

Major Relationships:

Hametsu - father - Leader of Yōhei-Sensou, diamond dog clan/private military company for hire. Husband of Meinu, and murderer of Inari, mother of Akira. Controls his armies with scare-tactics and non-magical psychological warfare, turning nonfunctioning individuals into nearly emotionless soldiers. After the death of Inari, ensued the same tactics upon his daughter, turning her into a soldier with little emotion and hazy memories. After 'snapping out of it' in Aramael, Akira has expressed her hatred for her father, not wishing to return home sans-party.
        Appearance: Charcoal, matted fur with intellectual burnt orange eyes. Wolf-like visage, with lower canines that jut out (Think if you crossed an orc with a wolf). Roughly nine feet tall, with a muscular and wide figure. Wears plated leg armor and heavy boots, chest bare showing a scar that drapes from the left pectoral to right leg, and another from the left pectoral to the center of his waist. Over this he wears an untied red kimono, which covers his arms, back, and parts of his sides. A sheathed katana and is tied around his waist, and around his back a trident yari that's pole has been meticulous carved depicting blooming cherry trees.

Inari - mother (deceased) - Deceased wife of Hametsu. Birth mother and caretaker of the young Akira. Before her untimely death, taught Akira to read, write, local folklore, and calligraphy. Deeply loved Akira, who loved her back an equal amount. Died from a broken (and katana-pierced) heart. Buried -by Akira, there was no funeral- in a cave a few miles far off from where Yōhei-Sensou resides, marked by a huge quartz stalagmite.
        Appearance: White fur -a complete contrast to her former husband- and yolk yellow eyes. Her hair was even longer than her daughter, long enough to drag against the floor when not wrapped around her body. Furthermore, it was dyed half way down, fading into a pink matching the blooming sakura trees of Japone. She was an average-sized diamond dog, around five foot nine. She wore a peach and yellow colored yukata at the time of her death, and was buried in it.

Meinu - half mother- Current wife of Hametsu, and half-mother of Akira. A simpleminded woman only caring for pleasing her husband, clothing, and gossip. While not not having a negative attitude towards Akira, she simply couldn't care less about her, causing Akira to have a distaste for time spent with her. Mother of Akira's half-brother Dao.
        Appearance: Fluffy light pink fur with heterochromiac eyes (left eye viridian, right eye a sky blue). She could easily be mistaken for a sheep due to her fur, if not for her dog-like tail, muzzle, and upright body. She's around five feet tall, and has a rather curvaceous body. Unlike most of those around her, she does not speak Japonese, only know basic Equestrian. Her outfit changes wherever she goes, always wearing plenty of jewelry and buying the latest fashion trends with funds from Yōhei-Sensou. Her voice is akin to that of the valley-girls of earth.

        Dao - half brother - Son of Meinu and Hametsu, heir to the clan Yōhei-Sensou. Currently at the age of 14 -unbeknownst to Akira, she last saw him at the age 5-. Currently speaks Equestrian and Japonese like the rest of his family, but expresses interest of in learning Manedarin as well. He trains with his father for most of the days of his life, being tutored on days he isn't. Dao doesn't know much of the outside world, but wants to explore the world some day like his half-sister does as a mercenary for his father. He loves Akira and when he was a child, and was always wrapt in any story Akira would tell him.
        Appearance: Dao's appearance is mostly fox like. His fur is an autumn red, with heterochromatic eyes like his mother (unlike his mother though, he has central heterochromia, with gold to red irises). His height is 5' 2", and is still growing. He likes to wear his practice armor around with him wherever he goes, with red silk hand wraps around his paws.

Minor Relationships

Great Wall - pony armorsmith - Armorsmith and former friend of Inari. He is Chineighs in descent, and speaks little Equestrian, mostly sticking to Manedarin. He smithed Akira's helmet as a gift to a friend, imbuing it with a magical enchantment to contain any amount of hair she might have. He also wanders dimensions for his own reasons, looking constantly for stronger materials for his work.
