Pulsar Providers are specially crafted addons to function with the [url=http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=200957][b]Pulsar Video Addon[/b][/url]. They are seperately installed, normal XBMC addons, and thus can be installed/updated/distributed just like any other addon.

Put your xbmc.log on pastebin and post it in this thread, the post must be directed to the author of the provider in question.
