eleanor accidentally spoiled this game for me by accidentally telling me that sweet clown young man's sprites belong to a villain and while i wonder what it would have been like to play without knowing, I also feel oddly pleased in that i spent this entire game wondering when hisoka was going to show up. it fucking figures that this hisoka is the fucking mastermind. it fucking figures that a clown is at the root of the evil in this franchise. clowns are fucking evil and i hope more people learn to acknowledge that. this is the real reason this game never got officially translated. they didn't want the secret to spread. wake up, america. wake up, world. find out what they're hiding from us.
