The Russia hacking narrative is unraveling. The report given by the DHS and the FBI asserts no actual proof, only accusations. The IPs listed are TOR exit nodes that can be used by anybody, and the malware named, GRIZZLY STEPPE, is actually a Ukrainian malware toolkit that is several years old

Of course, this is not including the CIA's report of Iraq having weapons of mass destruction, when after fighting a war with Iraq and destabilizing the country due to this information, it was later found out that there were no weapons of mass destruction.
