I would like to start of by saying I have played your game for 8 years on its ups and downs but 8 week ago i sold all my accounts and quit the game, reason being you have let the GM team rule the game and there all on the same team now, let me explain :) (I'm giving you this info so you might do something before every one quits)

*My first problem with GMs was back in the wild days gold2 about 3 years ago Oracle was head GM and horton was MR, I pvped a lot and every one hated my tactics I did not cheat like most of mr with there local maps and macros, but i lived in there lands as JK getting kills then hiding, this made horton hate my guts.
Then there was a case where i was fighter 3 MR I killed 2 of them they where on a boat but the last peron alive drove the boat in to a  mine glitching me out i was unable to move only able to jump on and off the boat, I was about to die to this bug when i decided to try use a twig (this was allowed but they where not ment to work) and it worked I was at 0%health and back in town safe.
4 days later horton message me saying i was getting banned as i was raiding for 1 week (btw I have never been banned before so was ment to be 3 days) the reason for the ban was abusing a bug by jumping off and on the boat to re render the world so the twig would function(so they added the rule on the fourms no twigging allowed) then I was banned.
3 days later a group of MR horton included got trapped where about to die (there was 6 of them) and they all jumped on and off there horses and twigged(yep thats right a GM team member abused a bug knowing it was a bug) no one was banned the rule was removed and my ban stayed.

*I pvped a lot and did not mind killing GM ingame accounts and I found oracles place and killed him, but he started scouting with his head GM account before logging in so I could not kill him any more, then he used his gm account to build his place on top of a mountain spawning clay dirt and sand + building the dirt walls since his main never had the skill to do so.

*There is the case of griefing let me start by saying most of the buddy best friends GMs are all in the same kingdom, JKH was getting abused by BL alts every day for weeks most GMs said there was nothing they could do but after 20+ weeks of complaining 2 did get banned, So about 8 week ago BL did the same thing to MRH (bad idea) they where killing aflacduck ( buddy mates with GMs) on the MRH starter deed smegain GM(MR) popped local and froze all the alts before they killed him 30 mins later they where all banned, not only did she jump strait in to help but GM accounts are not ment to jump in to pvp areas.

There is a lot more cases but most i was not there for and can not prove, I do know most GMs do not bother to respond to calls depending who you are. The main problem is there all players who play the game they will all ways be bias and any GMs that get voted in tend to be friends there not going to vote in players that report other gms . You need a paid GM team or its never going to work.
