In 1998 a war for coltan growed up. This had been prooved by UN's trial .

Firms like Nokia,Sony,Apple,Siemens,Philips, etc...where indirectly involved in the war becouse they buy a lot of coltan and other mineral exactly when the conflict was developing. Now there is a new war in Congo and the afromention companies are still using a lot of coltan and ores.

1998 was fourteen ago.

Fourteen years its a long time but nevertheless Philips, Siemens have not developed any sobstitute for coltan.

They prefer to improove coltan based  brevet and desploy nature and people.
