Raijinies are human-like beings that can control and summon lightning at will. They can also transform into a ball of electricity, which allows for faster travelling. They are immune to being shocked or electrocuted, but water is a big weakness. Occasionally will shoot out stray bolts of electricity, which will shock anybody it touches. Touching a Raijinie is a bad idea because the person who touches them will most likely get shocked... and end up dead.
