[13:17] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 When we last left our party, they had left Tenpony Tower to deal with an issue brought up by DJ P0N-3: A pair of costumed kooks were causing trouble in the area between Hovelhoof and Gutterville. When the party went to investigate, they ran into the Mysterious Mare-do-Well, doing battle with her nemesis, Roach Coach. As it turns out, Mare-do-Well was none other than Twerp the Changeling.
[13:18] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Now, the party, joined by Twerp-do-Well, delves into the Manehattan sewers in search of Roach Coach, in an attempt to end the quarrels once and for all. It's very gross down there.
[13:18] <+Desert_Storm> "Nope."
[13:18] <+Desert_Storm> "Not going down there."

[13:19] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Twerp looks excited; "So, shall we venture forth and put an end to the nefarious Roach Coach once and for all?"
07[13:20] * +Primer looks tiredly at the hole... All she wanted was to sleep for a week at this point.
07[13:20] * +Keen recoiled a slight bit at the smell. Okay, it was gross. Very gross. He popped the collar on his bathrobe and held it to his snout. Laundry fresh scent, don't fail me now.
07[13:20] * +Desert_Storm frowns at Cookie. "Do I look like the kind of pony that would be useful down there? Cramped, dark, and..." she sniffs the air around the hole. "... It smells awful."
15[13:21] * +Karina looks around at all the ponies around her. "Oh come on..." She shakes her head then dives into the sewer. "Kanupira!"
07[13:21] * +Fire_Lily smiles. They were helping a superhero. This was awesome. "Now or never..."
07[13:21] * +Primer shrugs. "I don't mind the dark." She felt at home in dark places, she was in general more alert there.
04[13:22] * +Primer climbs slowly down the ponyhole after Karina.
07[13:22] * +Keen floated downward, marking each foot or so with a congratulatory 'ew'.
07[13:22] * +SmartCookie climbs down aswell. illumination the dark tunnels
07[13:23] * +Desert_Storm looks around. "Alright. Fine." She floats down last.
15[13:23] * +Karina rights herself after impact with the bottom and pulls her out 10mm then looks around.
07[13:23] * +Primer stands for a minute, letting her eyes acclamate to the dark. She draws her 10mm as well and wait for the rest.
[13:24] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 The light carries only about thirty feet in the dark, cramped tunnels. At present, there seems to be nothing around, but Cookie's EFS is filled with red blips
07[13:24] * +Desert_Storm ties her mane back as she floats down, taking care not to actually touch the ground. "Oh, this place is lovely."
07[13:25] * +Fire_Lily casts her light spell. the Pipbuck light wasn't bright enough for her taste.
07[13:25] * +SmartCookie grumbles: "We got a lot of histiles, probably roaches..." Just as lovely as you dear, he thinks to himself.
[13:26] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 The water is disgusting and probably irradiated. Thankfully, it's only an inch or two deep, but there doesn't seem to be any kind of functional walkway around
07[13:26] * +Primer looks around... trying to pick up the trail of the Roach Coach.
07[13:27] * +Keen frowns. "Splendid." He said in an overly nasal voice, not daring to remove his hoof and collar from his nose. Can't see a thing, there's roaches everywhere, and it smells awful. Way to go, Keen.

15[13:29] * +Karina looks again. "Stupid question." She starts walking slowly down in the only direction available. Sneaky zebra is sneaky.

07[13:31] * +Fire_Lily follows closely, trudging through the water. It was disgusting.
15[13:32] * +Karina grumbles softly to herself as she trudges her hooves through... however many years of gunk that was. Silly ponies and their need for wanting to actually see where they were going... making her all not-sneaky...
[13:33] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Twerp brings out his wings again and stays up out of the water with the fliers. "Your time of reckoning is coming Roach Coach!" he called down the sewer.

[13:33] <+Desert_Storm> "Well, don't say it too loud."
07[13:33] * +Primer "Shut up. We are trying to sneak up on him." Says the demolition pony.
15[13:34] * +Karina was -not- going to get into a fight in a sewer if she could help it. She just keeps walking.
07[13:35] * +Keen flutters up behind Twerp. "Just because we're trying to talk things out doesn't mean we want him to know where we are!" He whispers in his lack-of-ear.

07[13:36] * +Fire_Lily just continues walking. Ew. Ew.
07[13:36] * +Primer looks down at Fire_Lily. "You okay?" She still felt too weak to actually carry the filly, but she was going to try and keep Lily's mind off of things.

07[13:38] * +Primer shrugs to Fire_Lily. "Feels like home to me. I do come from a town in the south manehatten where the entire town is underground."
07[13:38] * +SmartCookie glares at the changeling angry of the accumulation of stupid in one being.
07[13:39] * +Desert_Storm doesn't like any of this. She's scanning all over the place, rifle drawn. An old ponies advice about fighting in a fuckin' basement came to mine. "Sounds lovely, Primer."

07[13:40] * +Primer smiles gratefully at Twerp.
07[13:40] * +SmartCookie continues and grumbles: "I'm getting to old for this..."

07[13:41] * +Primer "You get used to it. The close confines get comforting after a while." She smirks up at Desert. "Too bad that explosions are kinda magnified in enclosed spaces."
15[13:41] * +Karina continues on. IN SILENCE... to try and find the Roach Coach's eeeeevil lair.

07[13:45] * +Primer keeps quiet for the remainder of the jurney. Her body ached, but at least she didn't feel the tingle of radiation from the water.
[13:46] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 The party continues down the gently curving sewer tunnel for a while until they reach a branching path. On one direction appears to be more tunnel, while the other leads to a dead end. However, just before that dead end is a raised pathway out of the sewer water and a door that looks like maintenance.

[13:54] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Cookie manages to avoid getting the entire bucket, but the splash catched him with a small amout of the sticky substance.
07[13:57] * +SmartCookie pukes as the sickening smell of rotting entrails and gluesolvant hit his nostrils.
07[13:57] * +Primer covers her mouth with her fetlock. Goddesses, that looked nasty.
07[13:57] * +Desert_Storm steps back. "This place gets better every minute. Amazing."
07[13:57] * +Fire_Lily looks away. She didn't want to see that.
15[13:58] * +Karina turns her head away and covers her muzzle with a leg. That was disgusting.
07[14:00] * +Keen grips his bathrobe tighter and is very glad he wasn't the one who opened that particular door. "... At least we know now that this guy doesn't want us dead."
07[14:00] * +Primer looks at Cookie with sympathy. "You want me to go first in the future?" She was used to these kinds of surroundings after all.

07[14:07] * +Keen had a hoof out to pat Cookie on the back, but thought better of it. "Relax. Be glad it wasn't a mine on top of the door or something."
[14:07] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Primer can spot a couple of traditional frag mines  scattered throughout the room.
07[14:08] * +SmartCookie glares at Keen and hisses: "I'd rather take the fucking mine in my fucking face!" his hoof still stuck to his face.
07[14:09] * +Primer mutters to the group. "Frags. Be quiet so I can concentrate please."
15[14:09] * +Karina 's lips quiver as she isn't sure whether to stay quiet or burst into laughter. She just puts her head down and stands next to Primer.

[14:11] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Primer shows off her skills with explosives as she deftly disarms and collects the trio of mines
07[14:11] * +SmartCookie hobbles back outside into the sewer. <Veil curses!>
15[14:11] * +Karina follows Primer into the room and takes a look around.
07[14:12] * +SmartCookie hobbles back in and sits down, trying to get his hoof of his face, grumbling angrily.
07[14:12] * +Desert_Storm looks to Cookie. "You...uh, gonna be okay?" She says with a goofy smile.
07[14:13] * +Fire_Lily is finally looking to see what's going on. She smiles a bit, but doesn't laugh.
[14:13] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 The room, now clear of mines, seems to be an old sewer maintenance room. There are small tools, scraps and spare parts, bits of pipe, and a workbench within the room.
07[14:14] * +SmartCookie hisses:  "Just keep insulting me! What ever else was i expecting!"
07[14:14] * +Primer puts the mines away in her pack and grins wearily to herself. "Still got it." She had gotten flashbacks to the bottlecap mine she fumbled.
07[14:14] * +Keen sighs. "No one was saying anything." He made his way over to the workbench. Right. Let's see if this still works.
07[14:15] * +Desert_Storm backs off. "Alright, fine."

15[14:18] * +Karina carries the spark battery over and puts it in front of Keen before walking back out of the room and looking down the continued tunnel.
07[14:19] * +Fire_Lily hops down onto the dry ground. Since it wasn't wet anymore, she could walk herself.

[14:20] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Twerp looks around; "Clearly Roach Coach was working on something nefarious in here. But what?!"

07[14:21] * +Primer walks out into the tunnel and waits for the others while keeping watch.
15[14:22] * +Karina walks back and looks at Fire_Lily. "Hey, Lily, can you come with me and shut that light off and keep us quiet? I wanna find him but I don't want to start a riot."
04[14:24] * +Fire_Lily gives Karina an odd look, but does as she asks, letting the light spell fade and casting her sound-dampening spell on both Karina and herself.
15[14:25] * +Karina smirks. "Thanks." She nods for Lily to follow her and starts heading down the other tunnel.
04[14:26] * +Primer looks after Karina and Lily. "Be careful and if you find more mines, dont take a chance, wait for me to arrive."
15[14:26] * +Karina nods vacantly, but does keep an eye out for traps as they walk slowly down the tunnel.
04[14:26] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Fire Lily and Karina presume treking down the other tunnel through the sewer water. Twerp has opted to stick with Queen Keen until he finishes... whatever he was working on. "Is that some sort of device that will help us extermiante Roach Coach's army?"

[14:27] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Desert Storm manages to pry Cookie's hoof from his face with a heave, taking half the hair along with it. It hurts a LOT
04[14:29] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 As Karina and Lily proceed down the tunnel, they are constantly surrounded by the chittering of radroaches. However, they seem to take no notice to the muffled pair
07[14:29] * +Desert_Storm steps back and admires her handiwork. She claps him on the shoulder. "You can thank me later."
07[14:29] * +Keen is busily at work. The workbench hisses with magic sparks. A few discarded magic batteries litter the floor. He smiles a satisfied grin as he lifts up a gem pack that... Shouldn't be glowing that much. "You... Could say that."
07[14:29] * +SmartCookie bites down on his own teeth  and cringes thoroughly as his hoof get's pried of his face. OOWWW! "Frick!", she curses still cringing painfully.

07[14:30] * +Fire_Lily shudders. That sound is creepy.
[14:30] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Twerp seems to be enraptured by the shiny
07[14:30] * +Primer looks in... damn that looked like it hurt.
15[14:30] * +Karina 's ears twitch at the constant sound of the roaches. That wouldn't be good... "Freaky..." She just picks up the pace slightly, hoping to get to the Roach Coach as quickly as possible.
07[14:30] * +Desert_Storm takes up a spot next to Primer, watching the entrance. "This place gives me the creeps."
04[14:31] * +Fire_Lily follows as fast as she can manage in this mucky water. It's not as fast as Karina.
04[14:32] * +SmartCookie walks to the door and pulls his pistole, before stepping on the doors threshold. "Where's Karina and the little scour- uhm Lily?", he asks.
04[14:33] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Karina and Lily eventually run into an end in the tunnel that looks to have been deliberately barricaded, rather than collapsed.
07[14:33] * +Primer looks sideways at Desert. "Meh, it's not so bad. At least we don't have zombie ponies."
15[14:33] * +Karina stops and blinks at the barricade. "That's great..." She inspects it for any way to open it or break through it.
07[14:34] * +Desert_Storm finds some wood to knock on.
07[14:34] * +Primer looks up at Cookie. "They scouted ahead, I told them to be careful."
04[14:34] * +Fire_Lily manages to catch up while Karina is inspecting the barricade
[14:35] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 The Barricade has a gate on it, but the rest is all concrete chunks, metal debris and razoe wire. The gate is locked.
07[14:36] * +Primer brings her shotgun out and reloads it with scattershot. "Is Keen done? We need to move on."
07[14:36] * +Desert_Storm shrugs and peeks her head inside. "Keen? Let's get a move on."
15[14:36] * +Karina steps back and lets room for Lily to get at the gate. "Show time..."
04[14:37] * +Fire_Lily can't really hear Karina, but she realizes what she wants her to do when she inspects the gate. She pulls out her lockpicking supplies and gets to work...
07[14:38] * +Keen busily recycles his ammo. Right then. Let's see if the guns can even take it. He opens up the port on his RGC and puts a charge in who's runes are shifting along more rapidly than a regular shot would. "I just upped the charges on my ammo and converted a Sparkle battery into something I can shoot." The automatic laser spitting machine 'bweeeeed' malevolently, as if it was saying that it was...
07[14:38] * +Keen ...ready for action. "I'm ready."
07[14:38] * +SmartCookie stepts out and let and looks at the others: "Let's get going. Which direction were they headed, Primer?"

07[14:38] * +Desert_Storm nods. "Let's get this over with."
07[14:38] * +Primer points at the only way they could have gone with a deadpan expression.
07[14:39] * +SmartCookie starts to trot in that direction

07[14:41] * +Desert_Storm waits for everypony else to head down before she follows. She stays in the back.
[14:42] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 As Lily picks the lock, she spies a trigger mechanism for an alarm. She manageds to squeak past it and open the gate iwthout setting it off.
07[14:42] * +Primer makes her way after Cookie and keeps especially close to Keen as they travel along the tunnel.
15[14:43] * +Karina grins as the gate swings open and leans down to give Lily a nuzzle before peering through the opening and looking for further traps before walking through the gate.
04[14:43] * +Fire_Lily smiles at the sudden nuzzle. She follows Karina.
[14:43] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 As the rest of the party makes their way down the tunnel, they are accosted by the same army of radroaches. However, they seem attrached to the light of Cookie's Pipbuck
07[14:44] * +Desert_Storm hisses. "Turn that thing off!"
07[14:44] * +SmartCookie turns the damn light off.
04[14:45] * +Fire_Lily looks to see what Karina is looking for.
07[14:45] * +Keen wonders what's gotten Primer spooked. "... You know, this pony doesn't seem to be after our heads. There's no reason to be afraid."
[14:45] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 The chittering of the radroache is constant, but as soon as the party steps on a few, they seem a lot less interested.
07[14:47] * +Primer smiles a little. "Not afraid." She keeps her voice low, but if it is to keep unnoticed, or because of something else...
[14:47] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 As lily looks about the other side of the gate, there doesn't appear to be anything else barring the path. Roach Coach was probably counting on that alarm she slipped past.
04[14:48] * +Fire_Lily looks at Karina and shakes her head. Nothing there.
15[14:48] * +Karina nods at Lily then slowly slips through the gate after seeing absolutely nothing herself and continues down the tunnel.

[14:50] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 The tunnel does not continue very far, but it's very hard to see where anything is.
15[14:50] * +Karina walks carefully and searches for any doors or such.
07[14:50] * +Keen tries to poke his head through the door. "Is it safe?" He whispered?
[14:50] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 As the two proceed forward, they catch the glint of somethign metallic immediately in front of them
07[14:51] * +Desert_Storm arrives at the door and stacks up behind Keen.
15[14:51] * +Karina immediately stops and points her gun in its general direction.

[14:52] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 A voice whispers from somewhere near the metal object; "Curses, where is she?! I thought for sure she'd have at least passed through the gate by now. Just wait till she sees what I have in store for her this time."
07[14:52] * +SmartCookie follows. He wasn't in the mood for all this.
07[14:52] * +Fire_Lily freezes. Don't. Move. An. Inch.
07[14:53] * +Primer walks up beside the others and looks into the tunnel, she notes the zebra and filly in the distance and follows them quietly in... but still keeping near Keen.
15[14:53] * +Karina smirks and slowly starts moving in a circular pattern around the metal object, intending to get onto the other side of it.
[14:53] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 The rest of the group has reached the barrier, the gate of which has already been unlocked and opened. The radroaches have stopped pestering them. Twerp gestures to the barricade; "Roach Coach's lair must be beyond here."
07[14:53] * +Primer nods. "Seems like it."
07[14:54] * +Desert_Storm nods in agreement.
07[14:57] * +SmartCookie heads through the door and looks around,

07[14:57] * +Fire_Lily is remaining still. Barely even breathing.
15[14:57] * +Karina watches the Roach Coach for a few moments before shouting "Light!"
07[14:58] * +Primer snickers a little... then wobbles. Woah, she was not ready for this.
07[14:58] * +Keen "Could you not be Twerp-Do-Well when we confront this pony? I fear it will make him more violent than we need."
07[14:59] * +SmartCookie turns on his pipbuck light.
07[14:59] * +Fire_Lily jumps in surprise. She casts her light spell at full brightness.

Then she grabs the lever of the shotgun in her mouth and fires away.

07[17:36] * +Fire_Lily is afraid. This was bad. This was bad. If she was alone, she could probably lose them and escape. But her friends... she had to do something drastic. She did it once already... She steels herself and casts an exploding fireball right into the middle of the pack. Not waiting to see what it does, she runs over to the sturdiest thing she can fit under, and gets under it.
[17:38] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Fire lily's blast of flame explodes right in the middle the the swarm. The two injured Bloodwings are incinerated, and while the rest of the swarm scatters to avoid the flames, three of them are no so lucky and catch fire.
07[17:39] * +Keen remembers these abominations. They reminded him of all the bad things that he allowed to happen. They -were- some of the bad things he allowed to happen. He was about to get a lot of satisfaction from frying these flighty bastards, though, if not for some misguided sense of vengeance. With a panicked jerk and a few steps back, he rains pink spell shock down on these flighty bastards.

She laboriously force her hooves, one by one, to walk the distance to Keen. She falls on her haunches next to him and starts to pull him to his hooves.

[18:33] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 As the group attempts to get it's things together, the sounds of shouting can be heard. Running towards the group are the two Gutterville Night guards, flanking Cap's sucurity Robot. The three of them are joined by Twerp and Gardenia

15[18:34] * +Karina collects all the things she could use then looks at the group. She sighs in relief as the ponies, Twerp, and the robot get there. "Can you guys grab his body?"

[18:35] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 "HEY!" Yelled one of the guards. "There's survivors!" The t hree of them run up with the robot. Gardenia and Twerp hold back until the guards signal them forward. They look at all the carnage in dismay.
07[18:35] * +Primer starts to haul Keen along, whenever he wants to or not. She lifts her cloak so that Lily can hide under it as they break for the town.

07[18:35] * +Keen winces and feels some strength return to his hooves. Not really, but that's what he had to keep telling himself. "Where... Cookie, he got hit... How... I need to see him."

07[18:38] * +Primer "Cookie's gone, nothign we can do, we need to get into shelter before we..." She doesn't finish. Primer kisses Keen on his cheek to give him encuragement. "Come on." Her eyes land on Desert... and Lily wasn't moving. This was starting to get too much for her.
[18:38] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Gardenia looks up to Storm; "We need to move. I don't want to see any of the rest of you joining him." She gestures to the two guards who nod, and place Cookie's body on the back of the robot.
15[18:38] * +Karina walks over to Storm and looks at her. "No you didn't, I did because I wanted to sleep above ground. Now stop staring and help me get his body because there's bound to be more around."
15[18:39] * +Karina looks gratefully at the guards then gives Storm a nudge and starts running in the direction of Gutterville.
07[18:39] * +Primer looks to one guard. "Can you take my place here?" She needed to fetch Fire_Lily.
[18:40] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 The guard seems to be okay with this, but only because he didn't want to be near the dead buck anymore. He takes Primer's place supporting Keen.
07[18:40] * +Desert_Storm turns slightly. "I fucked this up! I said I wasn't going to... " She rises slowly and floats towards Gutterville, her eyes locked on Cookie.

07[18:41] * +Primer rushes to the place where she last saw Fire_Lily dissapear. "Sweetie? We need to move, please?" She was running on adrenaline and reserves her mending body didn't have, soon she would collapse.

Gardenia lays Cookie down on a cot and quickly sets him up with a blood pack IV. The guards place Cookie on an empty cot, then head back outside as Gardenia covers him wit ha sheet.
07[18:46] * +Keen leans onto the guard. He felt... Well, drained is obvious. But not just the loss of body weight and gray flesh.

She didn't want... this. Did she? She made a promise to make sure they didn't die on her, she promised.

07[18:50] * +Primer didn't know about the others, but she prefered the hospital building right now, she briefly wash her forelegs of the worst blood then collapse with one leg over Keen on a cot she had wheeled alongside him. She invites Fire_Lily to join them.

07[18:52] * +Desert_Storm sat there for awhile. Eventually... she headed to the Tavern. She knew there'd be some pony who would be happy to see her.
07[18:52] * +Keen slowly panned his vision towards Primer. He didn't know why, he couldn't exactly spare the fluids, but a tear ran down a wrinkled face.
07[18:52] * +Fire_Lily cuddles up to Primer and Keen without a second thought. She... didn't want to leave Primer's side right now.

07[19:04] * +Primer opens her eyes halfway and hugs the two most important ponies in her world closer. She starts to silently weep as she finally have the energy to cry.

15[19:05] * +Karina starts going about stripping the body. She had been his friend. Had been. That had ended a bit before he died, though. She had been right when they first met. He did eventually fall into the same exact hoofsteps laid down by his predecessor. She had already felt the pain of losing him while he was still alive. This was just... salt in the wound. After taking everything she could she heads back out and across the town.
07[19:06] * +Fire_Lily jerks awake. Both from not-very-nice dreams and from the sudden hug. She hugs back. the hug was a much nicer feeling.
15[19:08] * +Karina ignores most things as she walks across the town and into Cap's Consortium. Once inside, she spares her usual checking and just heads up to the counter.
[19:08] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Bottle sighs; "I can't say I'll miss him, but I can see how much it hurts to have lost a companion." She strokes Storm's pony-tailed mane.

07[19:12] * +Primer moves her muzzle to Keen's head. "I know that there are better circumstances... but I don't want to let you go." She hugs him just that much tighter. "Life is short in the wasteland, so you have to live fast." She lifts her head to look at Keen in the eyes. Her eyes are puffy from weeping but she gives him a hesitant smile.
04[19:12] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 At the counter inside Cap's Consortium, Karina can see the backside of a pony completely wrapped in rags and wearing old military barding. The stench of rotten flesh emmanates from him. He seems to be in an arguement with Cap.
07[19:15] * +Wraith_ has a fairly muscular hoof around Caps throat, pressing down only hard enough to keep the stallion against the wall, allowing him to breathe and talk. He demands angrily in a very raspy voice that is angry, frustrated and ominous, "I'm getting /very/ tired of you ducking my questions pony. I have it on good word you talked to the fucker last and I want to know what he bought from you and where he went."
15[19:15] * +Karina blinks and stops. "Stop that!"
07[19:16] * +Keen looks at Primer with that same sad hopeless look he's had on him when he opened up the pod and looked at the world he'd felt he had a part of creating. He had gone through his steps. Eventually, little by little, he had recovered. Thought that he could redeem himself or die trying. But he started to think the futility of it all, of trying to put his past behind him. Cookie behind him....

Or 'convince' them to change their ways. She walks to the counter and starts laying out various items, both from looting and from Cookie's body.

07[19:47] * +Desert_Storm leaves the clinic and trots towards Cap's for some ammo. It's a vicious cycle: Buy ammo. Kill Ponies. Get caps. Buy Ammo. Kill ponies... She eyes the mummy leaving the shop from behind her sunglasses.
07[19:48] * +Fire_Lily is pulled into Primer's lap. She looks up at both Primer and Keen. She nods slightly in response. "Yeah..." Her voice is very quiet, and you can easily tell she's not really all that okay.

04[19:51] * +Wraith_ hears Karina and waits outside. Wondering what this mare wanted. A Zebra at that too... interesting.

When he got up, he felt that he wasn't quite 100%. It was enough to make him kneel down towards Fire, his big green eyes trying to meet hers. "Lily. Lily, look at me. Do you want to talk about it?"

A group taking down a bunch of bloodwings... one of them was a zebra wasn't it? Heard a couple of pegasus were involved too... He asks, "You part of that group that took down them bloodwings last night?"

Taking down some bloodwings ain't an easy feat, so that means you're some pretty tough mares, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to tag along with your party."

04[20:38] * +Keen frowns. "Yeah." He looks at the little filly trailing behind him. This was something she had to see, he assured himself. One last look at him before we try to drink him away. He looked towards Karina and nodded. "Sure. It's a direction." And a distraction. "I don't suppose we can stop by what's left of Cloudsdale on the way?"

07[20:45] * +Keen snickered darkly. "No, I'm a crazy pony and I think that some of my old things might be in one of them from before the war." He didn't expect him to believe him as much as he believed that those bandages were cosmetic.

04[20:47] * +Wraith_ continues to raise an eyebrow for a moment then lowers it. Crazy buck. He just shrugs and says, "Whatever." Then looks at Karina and begins to follow, attached to his left foreleg a very old hilt with various knicks and scratches on it.

15[20:50] * +Karina walks into Bottle's Place and heads up to the bar. They needed something to eat and then they could all just go do something.

That would've been one helluva place to visit again... if it was still as swanky as it was before the spells dropped that would be one nice place to be. However there'd be no way he could ever visit such a location.

07[21:02] * +Desert_Storm is a little more worried. Well, that meant one of... one thing. She whispers back "Okay, what can I do?"
04[21:03] * +Wraith_ trots over to Karina and says to her quietly, "When you're finished, I'm going to look around for my mark." He turns and heads out of the tavern.

07[21:06] * +Wraith_ starts wandering around the settlement, looking at each inhabitant, looking for a particular stallion in mind... all he had was a general description... honestly he could be anypony.

Unfortunately he can't seem to find his mark and goes back towards Keen, and sees Fire_Lily speaking to Desert_Storm. They looked like they were absorbed in some conversation and decides it best not to interrupt. He opts to head back into the tavern and goes over to Karina.

He looks at Wraith and shoots back the burn. "Guilt." He said, quite honestly. Good ponies don't wear orange jumpsuits, he reminded himself.

07[21:23] * +Fire_Lily manages to hit with the third shot. It was a LOT harder than she thought. She was also still trembling a little, obviously still not comfortable with even holding the weapon, much less firing it.
07[21:24] * +Desert_Storm watches intently. Third time's the charm. "Great shot squirt." She gives Lily a conratulatory nuzzle. "How did it feel?"
15[21:24] * +Karina blinks at Wraith_. "No. But there is something I want, and I've been told getting on his good side is the best route to go."

07[21:27] * +Wraith_ speaks back, "Ah alright... so you helping me is gonna impress him and his bullshit about fighting the... what the fuck does he call it? 'The Good Fight?' " He rolls his eyes and shakes his head somewhat. Yeah... 'Good Fight' his rotted ass.

07[21:29] * +Desert_Storm nods and points to two bottles on opposite ends of the bench. "Try to hit this one, then that one. Learning how to switch targets quickly is important."
07[21:31] * +Wraith_ hmphs, looking at the zebra mare for a bit. He then asks, "So before meeting me, how were y'all going to impress him?"
07[21:32] * +Fire_Lily steadies herself. Okay... She could do this. Aim at the first and fire... then quickly change targets to the next and fire...
15[21:33] * +Karina "Wait until he gave some sort of warning then rush out there and fix it the very next morning."
07[21:34] * +Fire_Lily was once again not even close. This was nerve-wracking.
07[21:34] * +Fire_Lily tries again.
07[21:34] * +Wraith_ smirks somewhat and says, "That's kinda dumb. I mean, what if he said on the radio there was a problem going down in Hoofington or some shit far? How would you reach it? You got some sort of working sky-wagon or something?"
07[21:35] * +Fire_Lily completely misses the first bottle, but hits the second. She takes deep breaths.
04[21:35] * +Keen has to stop after two shots. Two shots, Luna's sparkly flank, what the hell? Who'd they get that blood from, a teetotaler? He stumbles up to Wraith and Karina, half from lack of blood, half from a surplus of alcohol. "Pff. Hoofington was a hellhole before the war. I don't want to see it after."
15[21:35] * +Karina gives the ghoul a 'do I look like a complete idiot' look.
07[21:35] * +Desert_Storm nods. "Keep going. You can do this."
07[21:36] * +Wraith_ looks at Keen with an incredibly odd and disbelieving look and asks, "How the buck would /you/ even know that? You don't look that old and you ain't no ghoul."
07[21:38] * +Fire_Lily takes the encouragement. Last one. Just like the first time. No... like the third time. Yeah.
07[21:38] * +Keen smiles a flushed cheeked toothy grin. "It's maaagic." He does a wooooing sound, waving his hooves for effect.
07[21:39] * +Fire_Lily nails it. She smiles. First try this time!
07[21:39] * +Wraith_ rolls his eyes again and says, "Whatever you say, whackjob."
15[21:39] * +Karina blinks at Keen. "He's from before th war."
04[21:39] * +Wraith_ looks at Karina and asks, "How?"
15[21:39] * +Karina "Stasis."
07[21:39] * +Desert_Storm nods and gives the filly a high hoof. "Nailed it."
07[21:40] * +Keen blunk, one eye after another. "Maaaagic."
07[21:41] * +Wraith_ gives another disbelieving look and says, "Stasis?? But... why?" looking at Keen, he speaks, "Who are you? Why would you be put into stasis?"
07[21:41] * +Fire_Lily offers the weapon back to Storm. "Thanks..."
15[21:41] * +Karina "We can answer that when he isn't messed up in the head." She looks back at the pegasus. "Keen... go to bed."
[21:42] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Bottle looks at Keen; "I know you might want to be not thinking right now, but don't overdo it. You got hit pretty hard yourself from what I heard."
07[21:43] * +Desert_Storm takes it back and tucks it away. "If you ever need it, it's yours." She offers Lily a chocolate square as she trots back to meet everypony else.
07[21:44] * +Keen sighs and calms down. "I'm fine, really." He considers the bottle in his hooves, still shaky. "I can't pour the damn stuff well off enough to get drunk." He put the Applejack's Finest away for a later tragedy. "Don't need to be drunk for my friends funeral. Even though that's probably how he'd want me to be when I buried him."
07[21:45] * +Fire_Lily sighs a bit in relief with the weapon no longer in her grasp. She eats the chocolate gladly and follows Storm back.
15[21:45] * +Karina "Have fun with that."
07[21:46] * +Wraith_ goes silent at Keen's words... friend and death... he could remember all the folded flags of past. The weeping widows and their foals... before... softening his expression somewhat he says, "He'd probably want you to remember all the good you and he went and did." he then turns and steps out of the tavern.
07[21:48] * +Keen looks at the ghoul pony and shrugs. "The question you should be asking is, 'what would be unimportant enough to try freezing?'" He considered that. Old pangs of memory of the Celestial sigil over a casket rung in mind. "You take care of yourself. We'll be moving out in the morning."
07[21:49] * +Wraith_ turns and says before leaving, "There wouldn't be enough stasis pods in existance to keep what was important." then steps out proper.
07[21:50] * +Desert_Storm leads Fire_Lily into the Tavern. "Bottle, I could use some food over here!"
07[21:52] * +Fire_Lily follows eagerly. She was suddenly very hungry. And the chocolate only made it more obvious to her.
[21:52] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Bottle obliges with noms for the pegasus and filly
07[21:52] * +Wraith_ looks at the Pegasus mare once more as she enters the tavern, then at the filly for a moment, before looking away as she enters.
07[21:53] * +Desert_Storm sits down, eyeing Wraith_ the whole time. Why is he always staring?
15[21:53] * +Karina sighs and lays her head down on the counter.
07[21:53] * +Fire_Lily almost immediately starts eating. Delicious. She didn't even notice the staring.
07[21:54] * +Wraith_ just sort've acts like a statue waiting for his more closer to life companions to eat and things he no longer really needed to do. He was out of caps anyway.
07[21:55] * +Desert_Storm dives in as well.
[21:59] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Although they lost a companion, the party is doing their best to cope. Life in the wasteland is always a gamble, and some get the chance to enjoy it better and more fully than most. Soon, the time will come to give the final farewell to the departed, after which life in the wasteland must go on.
