Rec thread yo!

Hello there ladies and gentlemen! :D
My name is Mike, ingame Squirry :] I'm in the big market of scouts ready to pwnn div4 with some teammates and hopefully with some nice friends in a near future. I've been playing div4/3 mixes vs teams, and I think when I fix some problems with my dm and focusing during the game, I'm perfectly sure that I could handle low div3. Everyone who knows me, says that I'm keen scout, willing to improve everytime, not very aimer scout , though (everybody have their weaknesses), but I'm sure that if I have teammates can show you up what I can do with this double cannon weapon :P (and his little friend).

What I can offer you.

+ Keen lad, willing to improve, and open to help everyone who needs help :P
+ Open mind, ready to take criticism as long as it's constructive :D
+ 3 season experience, one in div6 (1st), another one in div5 (2st) and another two in div4 ( both unfortunately dropped, damn, i want decent season in div4 :( ), and a huge amount of mixes in div4/3 teams + mercing, etc.
+ Requered individual skills such DM, aim, movements.
+ Rather smart playing than chasing frags
+ Decent offclassing
+ Really, really talkative scout.
+ Up for tactic sessions or demo reviews (already do in my own :P )
+ I'd be lanable in a near future (i49 , hopefully)
+ Required English acknowledge
+Willing to improve, max 3 days :)
+Can play Sun-Mon-Wed (not possible Tue and Thurs) 19.30-23.00

What I need.

+Keen lads, willing to improve putting same effort in TF2 as me.
+Normal stuff, mumble and gameserver
+I can trial div4 , or if anyone give me a chance in div3.
+Up to receive some criticism (always in a constructive point of view)
