+ Could someone explain for me the idea of having multiple admins/mods that are global, on every server (including private ones?)?
- The idea of having a global staff team consists of a simple goal that is accomplished through two means: A group of individuals that keep servers stable and functioning properly/smoothly, which is done by enforcing global rules and by enforcing local rules. Of course, global rules do not apply on completely private servers - Something that Frosty didn't mention either because he forgot or because he really is trying to shape the way you think needlessly.
+ How open do you people think you are to newcomers?
- It depends. As opposed to what Frosty said, PH is not much better than MH was in terms of it's community. It can be pretty toxic and unwelcoming at times. However, being able to communicate in proper English, possessing decent roleplaying skill, and being tolerable in nature do go a long way in making things easier for you.
+ What is your favorite mode, and why? For you personally. ( This might be a bit unexpected of a question. )
- Zombie Mode, because it's the easiest mode to be the killer in.
+ What.. precisely /is/ the staff team system? How does it work, fully and completely?
- There are two tiers within the staff team - Moderators and Administrators. Moderators have less power and are more focused on rule enforcement while admins either icon(ned) or code(d) for the game or got promoted from being moderators. They both exist for the purpose listed in the answer to your second question.

I don't know of all the verbs they possess, but I will give you a brief summary on the current staff team:

MetaFrosty (Admin) - He iconned/ripped sprites extensively for the game. Without him, Pyrce would probably look somewhat uglier than it does now. However, he doesn't actually do his job as a staff member. Sure, he's prone to host servers and do people favors, such as injecting them back into rounds as killer roles when they've died or hosting special rounds... but he doesn't enforce rules. I don't even know if he enforces the rules of his own server when it's up. I've known him for over a year, and all he does is hang around, giving people updates on the non-BYOND projects he's working on, before delving into bouts of inactivity.

Nii-Nii-Satoshi (Admin) - I don't recall why he became an admin, but he's the only active one and he does his job, so I don't really care. He sometimes makes questionable judgment calls but, overall, he is cool and collected. He is prone to flirting, however.

Amelia Pond (Admin) - He's also a very good enforcer, despite his short fuse and fixation on proper grammar. He recently took a leave of absence, it's nature and length unknown to me.

Kooler221/Amelia Celes (Moderators) - They were brought on by an abusive co-owner back a few months ago. They stuck around even after said co-owner was removed. They are good individuals who do their jobs, though they are prone to bouts of inactivity and can have short fuses occasionally.

MasterBraska (Owner) - Jeremy is the only one with the guts to ban me if I were to say something about him, so I'll leave this section of his with this single sentence.
