Suspect Tests: Durant to be banned, Noivern to be unbanned

1.2 Changes: why was this here Update, Honchkrow has been quick banned.
1.3 Changes: The #FreeStall Update, Moltres and Reuniclus have been quick banned.
1.4 Changes: OK let's try to actually balance this Update, Sceptilite, Beedrillite, Infernape, Toxicroak and Hoopa have all been quick banned. If any are balanced later on, they will be tested individually.
1.5 Changes: This will probably be broken lol Update, Regular Metagross is now unbanned.
1.6 Changes: Version 1.5 Make RU Great Again Update, removed a bunch of things that seemed broken, will free later if need be. Banning Sticky Web cuz im not about that life as well as Tyrantrum because regular RU sucks.
1.7 Changes: Infernape Update, freeing infernape because why not. Also Noivern and Durant are being suspect tested. Tell me your thoughts!!
