  1. Arcanine (F) @ Aguav Berry
  2. Ability: Intimidate
  3. Level: 50
  4. EVs: 252 HP / 188 Def / 52 SpD / 12 Spe
  5. Calm Nature
  6. IVs: 0 Atk
  7. - Protect
  8. - Snarl
  9. - Roar
  10. - Flamethrower
  11.
  12. Exactly the same as Mike Suleski's Arcanine from Athens Regionals, except that with Gigalith being such a prominent part of my team, Morning Sun wasn't viable. I elected to go with Roar to help against Trick Room and random stuff like Eevee.
  13.
  14. Magnezone @ Choice Specs
  15. Ability: Sturdy
  16. Level: 50
  17. EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
  18. Modest Nature
  19. IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA
  20. - Thunderbolt
  21. - Flash Cannon
  22. - Volt Switch
  23. - Hidden Power [Grass]
  24.
  25. Elected to go Hidden Power Grass over Gavin's Ground because I had other ways to deal with opposing Magneton and Marowak, and I wanted a way to hit Gastrodon hard. In hindsight, I should have run 36 Speed EVs to outspeed 252+ Garchomp in Tailwind.
  26.
  27. Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
  28. Ability: Misty Surge
  29. Level: 50
  30. EVs: 244 HP / 148 Def / 68 SpA / 4 SpD / 44 Spe
  31. Calm Nature
  32. IVs: 0 Atk
  33. - Protect
  34. - Muddy Water
  35. - Calm Mind
  36. - Moonblast
  37.
  38. Nothing to say here, pretty standard Calm Mind Fini set. Muddy Water's accuracy drop was on display in a hilarious Game 1 in my set against Kyle Morris, where I managed to give three separate Pokémon a drop on three Muddy Waters.
  39.
  40. Garchomp @ Brightpowder
  41. Ability: Sand Veil
  42. Level: 50
  43. EVs: 12 HP / 204 Atk / 4 Def / 36 SpD / 252 Spe
  44. Jolly Nature
  45. - Protect
  46. - Poison Jab
  47. - Swords Dance
  48. - Earthquake
  49.
  50. You can give me all the shit you want about using Brightpowder Garchomp, and it's probably deserved, but it came in clutch in quite a few matches. I did miss having Groundium Z in a few matches, and I'd consider running Fire Fang or Rock Slide over Swords Dance in the future so I can actually hit Celesteela.
  51.
  52. Mandibuzz @ Misty Seed
  53. Ability: Overcoat
  54. EVs: 252 HP / 52 Def / 184 SpD / 20 Spe
  55. Calm Nature
  56. IVs: 0 Atk
  57. - Snarl
  58. - Tailwind
  59. - Foul Play
  60. - Roost
  61.
  62. 20 Speed lets it outpace Modest Pheromosa in Tailwind. I kind of forget what the rest of the spread does, but it survives Life Orb Koko Thunderbolt 100% of the time. Probably MVP of the team. #TrustTheBird
  63.
  64. Gigalith @ Rockium Z
  65. Ability: Sand Stream
  66. Level: 50
  67. EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
  68. Relaxed Nature
  69. IVs: 0 Spe
  70. - Wide Guard
  71. - Stone Edge
  72. - Toxic
  73. - Heavy Slam
  74.
  75. Could definitely stand to optimize this spread, but it works as is. I elected for Toxic to help deal with Porygon2 and other threats that just kind of sit there and soak damage. Just make sure Misty Terrain isn't up when you use it. I may have neglected this more than once.
  76.
  77. Fun fact: Z-Wide Guard gives you a +1 Defense boost. Other fun facts:
  78.
  79. 252 Atk Garchomp Tectonic Rage (180 BP) vs. +1 252 HP / 0+ Def Gigalith: 152-180 (79.1 - 93.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  80. 252+ Atk Guts Hariyama Close Combat vs. +1 252 HP / 0+ Def Gigalith: 156-186 (81.2 - 96.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  81. 252+ Atk Pheromosa High Jump Kick vs. +1 252 HP / 0+ Def Gigalith: 122-146 (63.5 - 76%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  82. -1 252+ Atk Water Bubble Araquanid Hydro Vortex (160 BP) vs. +1 252 HP / 0+ Def Gigalith: 132-156 (68.7 - 81.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (OK, you need help from Arcanine for this one)
