* Eugene pulls Rick's shirt collar close to him with what little strength he has left *

* lengthy pause for dramatic effect *

Eugene: Is me

* Eugene looks sorrowfully at his own body turning pale from loss of blood *

Eugene: I can’t turn because of a special antigen in my blood, but I can still bleed like a stuck pig...

* Eugene pulls a vial out of his bag *

* Fills it with blood from the open wound *

Eugene: This is what Washington needs. I never told Abraham so they’d keep me alive. I can’t fend off a zombie any more than water can stay on a duck’s back.
