  1. Basically this is a list of people who may or may not be undergoing official sanctions, but who should at least be mandated to shape up since their sub-rulebreaking behavior has made / is making the chat worse, and at most should be racking up bans faster than they have.

  7. Swaghetti - (no thread that i could find but the dude is so obviously a channer or part of a similar-caliber community)

  9. Blackwing - http://05command.wikidot.com/forum/t-876544 (also just being a low-level dimwit for years on end)

  14. These are all somewhat subjective, and I don't really feel like arguing all of them individually.
  15.
  16. The main issue I have is the general policy of ops to react to rulebreaking or borderline incidents instead of taking proactive action to identify users that lower the level of discourse or who exhibit signs of being an unsavory character (i.e. 4chan use/apologism, playing dumb w/r/t homophobia or transphobia, talking like they came straight off the chans or the bad side of reddit).
  17.
  18. Eventually all of these people will be gone in some respect and there will be new assholes in their place, and I'd prefer ops have the tools they need to handle them before they become a problem. I feel like Roxie's case demonstrates why the "break rule ==> get banned" framework isn't sufficient to address problems that aren't localized to one/a few users.

  20. Given how reasonable it is for Roxie to be upset to some degree in most of the incidents she got dinged for, the fact that she's up to six months by now is as much (if not more) a symptom of chat culture problems as it is of her own impulse control.

  22. I wasn't sure how to organize all of this so sorry if it jumps around a bit but these are my observations & recommendations for the chat.
