KR Patch 24/12/2015

[Skills]
1) Heal should now once again correctly heal the correct value when multiple tiles are overlapped.

[Team Names]
1) A message is now displayed when a party is created with a duplicate name that already exists.
2) The problem when creating/changing the team name and the character limits did not apply has now been fixed.

[Gameplay]
1) The respawn timers on the 2nd and 4th floors of the mage tower have been changed.
2) The world map should now show recommended hunting areas whilst it is open.

[Quests]
1) If the description of the quest has more than 99 characters, the Quest UI should be shown.
2) Some quests have had their scene animations corrected.
3) Players should now be able to correctly proceed with the party quests:
	- Into the Hands (3)
	- 주교 우르보나스의 행방(6)
4) Bosses not being aggressive on Steele Road map should now be fixed.

[UI]
1) Items that increased skill level of players skills should now work correctly.
2) When buying items from the marketplace, a message will now state that the potential has decreased.
3) Cloth,Leather & Plate mastery tool-tips have been updated.
4) When using the Gem Strengthening system you will now be prompted to confirm the action after pressing enhance when using high-grade items for extraction.

[Channels]
1) Maps over Lv. 100 Now have 3 channels. (Increased from 1)

[Issues]
1) The bug affecting the 'Stack Stockade' will be fixed ASAP.
