I did not want to write a bad review online, but I wanted you to know the many problems we encountered with our purchase. First off they delivered our head board and someone else's headboard & footboard. I called customer service right away. They said to open box to see if I could find a name to identify buyer. Styrofoam everywhere, had to tape up boxes and push out of our room. We are 61 & 72 yrs old. The delivery truck took off a few branches of our fruit tree on the side of the driveway. The mail truck could not come up the driveway. So I had to push them aside. They found our rails and footboard at the storage area and they delivered after supper, and picked up the other king bed set. The truck broke another branch on the tree that was hanging in the driveway. I had to use the pole cutter to be able to get down my driveway. When we put it together there were several parts missing. There wasn't any box with hardware in it. We were able to get parts to put the bed together. The bolts were not threaded well on the ends which made it difficult. On one side where the hole was there was a piece of wood sticking out and painted over so the nut could not fit, we had to chisel off the wood piece to get the nut on the bolt. One of the rails has chipped off wood pieces exposing the raw wood. It was not a good experience ordering from you for the first time. Disappointed for sure.
