nov 02 20:58:12 <Waak|Overcolt>	 Previously in our story, our heroes had accepted a quest from Bridjefjord's tavernkeeper and wandered to the Northern Wastes. Coming across a trail of hoof prints and following them, they encountered a scavenger pinned by three raiders.

nov 02 21:02:26 ?	RadscorpionPie 's ears twitch forward, but she stays silent, as she smoothly unholsters her MEP in preparation.
nov 02 21:03:10 ?	Comet_Blaze frowned and spread her wings, pushing back the robes she was wearing enough to allow them between the folds. Swiftly she took to the air. Ground ponies never saw this kind of thing coming. Well... Nearly never. A quick loop in the air to come back down and she was diving on the group of raiders, intent to put rounds into those who would threaten innocent lives. It just

nov 02 21:06:41 <RadscorpionPie>	"Not even a warnin' shot to cease these hostilities?" She murmers softly. "Reason ain't entirely beyond a raider's probabilities..." She shakes her head slightly. "But Raiders 're often things to dread... I c'n understand her wantin' 'em dead..."

nov 02 21:10:32 <Waak|Overcolt>	 Comet_Blaze flies into the fray as the rest of the group canters over the hill and to the raiders' left flank. Things sure went south for the three ponies as they got more than they asked for.

Comet_Blaze spent only a moment diving before she bit down on the battle saddle bit, a momentary reflex to line up her shot and two distinctive gunshots filled the air, four projectiles flying towards their target at high speeds. "Nopony's gonna rape and murder some innocent while I'm around!"
nov 02 21:22:10 <Waak|Overcolt>	 Comet_Blaze fires at the three raiders, her shots diving into the snow without hitting their targets. One of the raiders - an earth pony - gets scared and dives for cover behind a rock away from the group. The other two, however, get ready for fight.
nov 02 21:22:58 ?	Comet_Blaze sortof glared down at the places her bullets embedded themselves in the ground. "Second rate junk." Evidently a poor craftspony really -does- blame her tools.

nov 02 21:32:28 ?	Bro-Hoofs-a-Bear runs after Kichaka to give her some support, firing a normal and an wild shot at the nearest raider once he gets into range
nov 02 21:39:28 <Waak|Overcolt>	 Bro-Hoofs-a-Bear's first shot goes wild, the pellets grazing Kichaka's rump and leaving a mark. The second shot, however, connects with a raider on the right-hoof side, grunting as he tries not to fall over from the pain.
nov 02 21:46:48 ?	Gearhead takes inappropriate cover and at a terrible vantagepoint, aiming and firing three shots quickly.
nov 02 21:48:47 <Waak|Overcolt>	 Gearhead shoots around, not hitting anything. One shot flies over a raider's head, while other almost hits Kichaka's rump - the other side than what was hit by Bro-Hoofs

Unfortunately it goes a bit far, next to the rock where the shotgun wielding raider is hiding. The grenade explodes, but it's results are unclear. The two raiders, though, are unscatched but confused.
nov 02 22:07:34 ?	RadscorpionPie runs to the left to get a clear shot of the raiders, from around her team-mates, before opening fire, sending out two blasts from her Magical Energy Pistol!
nov 02 22:14:30 <Waak|Overcolt>	 The blasts strike the raider on the left, first hitting through the barding to the body, the second clearly to the head - the raider falls to the ground dazed by the headshot, severly wounded but alive.
nov 02 22:23:22 <Waak|Overcolt>	 The scavenger peeks from behind his cover and fires a shot at the downed raider - only to miss by a few centimeters. Curses can be heard coming from his mouth.
nov 02 22:37:27 <Waak|Overcolt>	 In the midsts of the combat, a purple unicorn appears in a flash - in a scientist outfit and holding what appears to be some sort of energy weapon in her telekinetic grasps. A second later, an explosion can be heard in the distance to the East.
nov 02 22:39:06 <Waak|Overcolt>	 The purple unicorn just happened to appear between the scavenger and the downed raider, blocking the view of him and slightly RadscorpionPie's as well.
nov 02 22:39:29 ?	Screw_Loose turns towards the explosion and falls to her hooves. "NOOOOOOO! I blew it all up! I only wanted to blow HALF of it up!"
nov 02 22:40:29 ?	RadscorpionPie blinks blankly for a moment, looking between Screw Loose and the explosions in the distance. "..." Nothing quite like spontanious mad scientist pony out of nowhere to throw off a good combat scene.

nov 02 22:41:20 ?	Gearhead looks up, highly confused as she examines the distance and the new teleported pony. "Confusing... Still Logical though."

nov 02 22:43:03 ?	Comet_Blaze took the briefest moment to take in the sight of the new arrival. Now was not the time to be arguing about possible problems and complications! Zeroing in on the remaining raider in the open, she turned in the air, her guns barking twice again. She'd hit somepony with these clunky weapons, even if they weren't what she was used to!

nov 02 22:47:42 <Waak|Overcolt>	 The last confronting raider lets out a scream with his last breath as two of Comet_Blaze's shot sink into her barding and flesh. As she falls to the ground, the snow around her starts to turn red.
nov 02 22:49:20 <Waak|Overcolt>	 The hiding raider shouts from behind the rock "You killed me buddy? Nay!"
nov 02 22:50:04 ?	Kichaka runs past the dropped raiders, coming around the rock to the noisy shotgun wielding one. She lashes out with four swift kicks. Please dont die, please dont die!
nov 02 22:55:35 <Waak|Overcolt>	 Kichaka's second kick hits the shotgun raider in the stomach, kicking the air out of him and dropping his shotgun, making its way through the snow cover. The final strike misses as the dropped shotgun hits Kichaka in the head, slightly confusing her.

nov 02 23:01:53 <Waak|Overcolt>	 Bro-Hoof's aimed shot hits the rock and goes to Celestia-knows-where. Kichaka is doing small circles while the shotgun raider is catching his breath from the hit to the stomach and the recent missed shot.
nov 02 23:08:57 ?	Silky_Shackles looks into her duster and silently curses, only one grenade left. Can't make better use of them than now, better make it count, I guess. She times their moves and magically lobs it at the remaining raider, and the unfortunate zebra struggling with him... but it slips
nov 02 23:10:49 <Waak|Overcolt>	 The grenade only flies a few meters, falling into the snow next to the dead raider. The resulting bang only sends some snow flying.
nov 02 23:12:40 ?	Gearhead takes aim again, the grenade blasts throwing her off the aim of where exactly to shot and she takes the shots anyways

nov 02 23:15:41 ?	Comet_Blaze rolls to one side to avoid the bullet flying off in her direction. "Watch your fire!" Don't go shooting your allies!

nov 02 23:16:15 ?	RadscorpionPie rushes over to the downed raider, and will take a moment to examine them - to make sure we weren't just mistaking these guys for raiders. ^^'

nov 02 23:19:10 <Waak|Overcolt>	 The downed raider - barely alive - adorns a mohawk-styled mane of pink and grey coat, with a raider armor more suited for winter conditions. She's coming to senses and mumbles "He stole my food... bloody..."
nov 02 23:19:59 ?	RadscorpionPie blinks, and then pauses, wide eyed. "Whoa! WHOA! WHOOOOOAAAA NELLY! Hold all yer ponies! Hold yer guns! STOOOOP!"

nov 02 23:23:10 ?	Comet_Blaze was already moving for her firing bit when RadscorpionPie's words reach her. She breaks off from aiming down at the pony behind the rock to swoop around and come down behind the scavenger who they had originally moved to save, both weapons aimed in his direction. "Alright. Don't you go so much as sneezing on me or you're going to fing out just how quick on the trigger I can be." Her

nov 02 23:24:00 ?	Silky_Shackles sighs and glares at Comet_Blaze, trotting over to the fallen 'raiders', if that's what they were. She checks them for a pulse
nov 02 23:24:32 ?	Kichaka stumbles and falls over, sending up a little poof of snow. She just lays there, mumbling.
nov 02 23:25:06 ?	Gearhead notices her companion say for battle to stop, considering how she's acting and the non-fiercity of the raiders, it would be logical to stop. She stands up from her cover and trots down to them. "Understandable. I only shot because of my companions brash natures."

nov 02 23:26:48 <Waak|Overcolt>	 The scavenger stallion - wearing duster and winter cap - holsters his weapon and glares at Comet_Blaze. Silky_Shackles, meanwhile, checks any signs of life in the downed raiders - the mohawk one is alive, but the other is clearly dead. He has no pulse and a ring of bloody snow surrounds the corpse.

"We may have been jumpin' the gun, this doesn't look good, for the hoods may be the good guys, and the good guy the hood. So we best be sortin' this, before it goes any further. Now help me find some herbs, before the injured ponies wither."

nov 02 23:31:31 <Waak|Overcolt>	 Bro-Hoofs-a-Bear tries to mend the wounds caused by magical energy without luck. She's still alive, though. Behind the rock, the shotgun raider mumbles something incoherent back to Kichaka.

nov 02 23:31:58 ?	Comet_Blaze moves to make sure she remains between the scavenger and the clearest escape route from the area, keeping her eyes on him carefully. "Will somepony please explain what the blazes is going on here? This is more confusing than east-bound ponies looking for northern birds!" She wasn't taking her eyes off the scavenger, though.

I don't think you get to claim to be the victim when you've been murdering and stealing for your goods to begin with!" She brushes a hoof through her mane briefly. "But, alright. At that moment the mohawk raider gets her senses back fully, and suddenly shouts "Get that son-of-a-whore and send him to the moon! He stole our week's supply of food AND scrap!"

nov 02 23:40:42 ?	Silky_Shackles looks back at the standing raider. "Well, someone is lying here... " She turns her head at Comet_Blaze. "Dear, assuming the worse is how this mess got so bad. Don't be so quick to point your guns, will you?"

nov 02 23:42:13 <RadscorpionPie>	"Now first off, what were ya three doin' in this area?" She asks politely, as she scoops up some of the freshest snow she can find, and puts it into her pot, to melt into water.
nov 02 23:43:46 <Waak|Overcolt>	 Scavenger takes a long breath and exclaims "These raiders are uncivilized - like they'd cherish that food, because they'd just get more from the next wandering pony!"
nov 02 23:43:49 ?	Comet_Blaze mostly just looks unhappy at the whole situation, keeping her weapons trained on as many potential hostiles as she could manage. Silky's question made her flatten her ears a little and pull her hood up. "And ignoring threats gets you shot or worse, right? Wasteland's full of bandits, raiders and worse, after all." She seemed to be keeping her attention mostly on the three untrusted

nov 02 23:47:14 <Waak|Overcolt>	 The shotgun pony had scooped his shotgun from the snow and slowly walked out from his hiding spot, clearly showing signs of pain. "This 'scavenger' wandered in while we were asleep and took our food  - he did set off the alarm, though." His attention turns to his dead buddy, then back to the group. "Who shot me buddy?"

nov 02 23:50:29 <RadscorpionPie>	"Well, if you raided their camp, of course it wouldn't be settled. And judging from one's appearance is how one has been meddled. Just because a pony looks wild, it doesn't mean that they are - now this camp of yours, is it not too very far?"
nov 02 23:51:35 <Waak|Overcolt>	 The raider in question points North-West, towards the coast. "At the lighthouse near Bridlefjord. Secure enough place despite the town being uppity...."

nov 02 23:53:35 ?	Comet_Blaze stamps her forehoof and takes a step forwards. "I shot your friend." She doesn't seem to be particularly unhappy about it. Though she's not particularly proud either, it seems.

From there then we'll go on to the soda factory, and hopefully all will be settled satisfactorilly. Now does anypony have some bottles, of the empty kind? He then turns to Silky_Shackles, trying to mask his emotions after the outburst. "They didn't let us in, so what else we had to do than form our own place? Starve and freeze to death? Heck no!"

If ya'll want the factory so much, that there's fine. Ya'll go on ahead. I'll help these ponies, or at worst wind up dead."
nov 03 00:00:22 ?	Comet_Blaze winces a little at the smack, but neither backs away nor attacks in return after being hit by it. She just sortof watched the ponies who weren't terribly familiar. "Tch. After the way the locals treated us?" She shook her head. "I've seen cold and strange, but that pony running the inn? She's nuts."
