The lock on the bedroom door was broken

The blind was not attached and has been broken

We have instructed these works to be completed and as soon as we receive the invoices from the contractors we will email you with the full proposed deposit deductions.

In the meantime please provide a forwarding address.

If you would like it transferred to an international account, I will require the following details.  A charge of £30.00 will be applied to your deposit.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED BY BACS PAYMENT DIRECT IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT(S).  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE THE CORRECT BANK DETAILS FOR YOU, IF YOU HAVE CHANGED BANKS SINCE YOU TOOK OCCUPATION PLEASE ENSURE WE HAVE THE NEW DETAILS, AS WE CAN ONLY REFER BACK TO THE ORIGINAL DETAILS SUPPLIED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TENANCY, TERRY OLPIN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYING MONIES IN TO OLD ACCOUNTS.



Please make sure you cancel any standing order instructions you may have set up to pay our company as any overpayments which you make will incur a charge of £12.00 upon refund of the payment to you.
