Nicholas Osborn Tryout

(Scene setting: The Avengers have been sent out on a lead that involves Loki and his most recent attempt at gaining influence over his brother and bring about his downfall. Iron Man has taken the rest of the team to slow down the spread of an extra terrestrial disease Loki has been trying to spread. His immunity has allowed him to personally track each case to make sure they are as high profile as possible. His most recent target is none other than Bruce Banner himself. As the other Avengers try to keep Bruce calm while running disease tests, Cap and Thor are returning to S.H.I.E.L.D with the antidote when they stumble across Loki)


-As Thor stands over Captain America with Mjolnir held high in the air, lightning begins striking and surrounding the entire area-

Thor: "Get OUT of my way! Loki is near here and this time he won't escape me!" -Thor looks all around and up into the air- "You hear me brother! You will pay this time!"

Cap: "Now is not the time for revenge Thor, we have the cure now put these childish games aside and focus on the mission. Loki is far from this world by now. He is out of the picture."

-Captain America lowers his shield and turns to walk away, before he can take one step Thor's mighty hammer slams into his back sending the Cap through a nearby shed, destroying everything inside. Mjolnir begins spinning lifting Thor into the air, as soon as he passes over Cap a shield smacks his chin knocking Thor unconscious until his body smashes to the ground. Thor opens his eyes to see a giant form standing over the top of him, shield in hand.-

Cap: "I won't stand for this Thor, God or not, we have orders. ALL of us."

Thor: "This is madness!" -Thor exclaims while forcing himself up and rubbing his chin.- "My brother has overstepped Asgardian rule for the last time. He must face the consequences for his actions!"

Cap: "And he will! But not today, peoples lives are dependent on us. We have to move now!"

-As they both turn to run an army of Loki illusions appears before them. Mjolnir suddenly unleashes lightning in every direction leaving nothing standing in a two mile radius. Loki teleports in front of Thor as soon as the storm is done and sends a blast of energy right to his chest throwing him into the air. Cap swings his shield down instantly right on Loki's head only to wisp through another illusion. Loki appears behind Captain America looming over him when at the last second Thor flies through and in the blink of an eye has Loki almost a mile in the air.-

Cap: "THOR! Bring him back now!"

-As soon as the Cap finishes his command, Loki's body slams into the ground right as his feet. Thor lands softly behind him with a smile on his face.-

Thor: "Now, leader of the Avengers, you can see why I am King of the Asgardians. You think of me as not capable? My own brother has yet to learn this lesson, you would be wise to avoid his fate."

Cap: "His fate won't be up to you this time Thor, Fury has a say now, Loki has caused a global panic and needs to be processed through S.H.I.E.LD."

-Thor and Captain America slowly walk towards the ship dragging Loki's unconscious body behind them.-

Cap: "I have much to learn about this world still, after all I have been through, and I have even more to learn about yours, Thor. But around me, no one defies direct orders for personal gain. Thats how men get killed."
