Shai Hulud was born from the fires of Creation, our blood flows from his
Nosk the Sage, was born from the dark void of death, is not evil. Nosk is our Shepard to the Afterworld, a land after death, where we meet the Elder Wurms face to face, and enter a new chapter of our journey

Shai Hulud created the Kobolds, and Nosk takes us up to them.
Shai Hulud and Nosk then begot Besuit and Gukput, the twin gods of Stealth and Cunning. They tought us how to hide, how to bide our time, and how to trick our enemies into making fatal mistakes.

Wishale was a young kobold, the Kobold Exemplar, who did her duty everyday, and never wavered. The rest of the kobolds lost faith the Elder Wurms, forgetting their gifts, but not Wishale. Wishale prayed for them everyday,
despite their protests. One day, her fellow kobolds had enough, and she was sentenced to death by being drug out of the mountain into the fearsome jungle, where they tied her to a tree deep within it, and left her for dead.
Shai Hulud was angry at the kobolds for their treatment of his favorite mortal, and was ready to wipe the mountain clean in a great swath of purging fire.
Wishale, however, begged him not to, as they did not understand their crimes. She continued to plead until she wasted away against the tree. Her last words were begging for our forgiveness.
Upon our death, as Nosk brought her to the Afterworld, she was brought before the Wurms. Shai Hulud wanted to reward her for her devotion, and offered her a spot on the Pantheon. Wishale refused, instead asking for her brethren to be safe. Impressed by her devotion to these people that scorned her, Shai Hulud both spared the kobolds and made her an Elder Wurm. And everyday, she reminds Shai Hulud and Nosk that we may have lost our way, we'll find our way back one day.
