- Activate: must be activated to use
- One Use: only use once, Activate
- Refresh X: must wait X before using again, Activate
- Overclock: (must be accompanied with Refresh X) may be used before refresh, breaks item
- Heal X: heals the target for X
- Cure X: cures target status afflication X
- Restore I/II: regain use of one/all Center/Battle move(s)
- Pokemon Only: only works on Pokemon
- Field Range: affects all targets on field
- Discomfort I/II: causes discomfort, II is unbearable
