Timer starts on first input (opening the console). The console used for enabling noclip counts as an input, and since typing speed and accuracy will affect your overall time throughout the run, the first use of noclip should also count.

Darlington Station
- Enable noclip
- Follow cursor angle to whoopee cushion
- After conversation with the Director, you'll fall through the floor to the train tracks
- Jump and grab the pills from his desk and eat them
- Save/load to skip Soviet Consulate cutscene

Soviet Consulate
- Enable noclip
- Follow cursor angle directly to garbage chute

Koi Pond
- Spam the bread crumbs

Ikayaki Alley
- Enable noclip
- Follow cursor angle #1 to Golden Cat restaurant door (enter the door)
- Walk past greeter and kitchen blocker and grab puffer fish
- Camera control is limited to facing forward, so walk backward (and right if necessary) to spray puffer fish on plate
- Walk to women's bathroom, but don't walk through the empty space between bathrooms or else you'll fall through the void
- Exit the restaurant the normal way, then turn right and down to go to the end of the level (loading zone is in the middle of the stairs)

The Temple
- Enable noclip
- Turn left 90 degrees, walk forward, light candle, light incense, hit the gong

The Expedition
- Hold Left (pressing down when necessary) to get to Kai Tak Resort

Kai Tak Resort
- Enable noclip
- Follow cursor angle to briefcase
- Grab briefcase and banana phone
- Fly to back of Resort bar
- Sit down, swap briefcases, click on business card
- take the drink, get up, and walk away (try not to be clipping through the floor when you sit down)

Kai Tak Resort (Night)
- Enable noclip
- Follow cursor angle to clamshell (loading zone is inside closed clamshell)

Wetworks
- Enable noclip
- The Coffee cup is directly above the starting point on the map, and the camera can't look straight up, so zigzag your way up to reach the cup.

Darlington Station #2
- Enable noclip
- Follow same cursor angle from the first time.
- Sit in seat

Bachelor Pad
- Save and Load
- Enable noclip and fly to top of tank that contains Director and click to activate the cutscene
- Disable noclip
- Do the rest of the level :(

Intestinal Credits
- Wait until the falling/turning animation is done, then enable noclip and follow the cursor angle
- Bottle is inside tape player, grab it and eat it


Timer ends when you first see the countdown start at 5 after eating the pills in the Intestinal Credits.
