Enigma is a puzzle game inspired by Oxyd on the Atari ST and Rock'n'Roll on the Amiga. The object of the game is to find uncover pairs of identically colored Oxyd stones. Simple? Yes. Easy? Certainly not! Hidden traps, vast mazes, laser beams, and, most of all, countless hairy puzzles usually block your direct way to the Oxyd stones … If you are new to Enigma, you may want to take a look at a few screenshots or peek at the user manual.

Kobo Deluxe is an enhanced version of Akira Higuchi's game XKobo for Un*x systems with X11. It is  a  single player action game. The play is quite simple. Your object is to destroy all the fortresses.

LBreakout2 is a breakout-style arcade game in the manner of Arkanoid. Use your paddle to aim a ball at bricks until all bricks are destroyed. Lots of power-ups will help you with that task: extra balls, energy balls, extra lifes, weapons, glue, bonus floors, paddle expansion and extra score.

LTris as a tetris clone: differently shaped blocks are falling down the rectangular playing field and can be moved sideways or rotated by 90 degree units with the aim of building lines without gaps which then disappear (causing any block above the deleted line to fall down). LTris has three game modes: In Classic you play until the stack of blocks reaches the top of the playing field and no new blocks can enter. In Figures the playing field is reset to a new figure each level and later on tiles and lines suddenly appear. In Multiplayer up to three players (either human or CPU) compete with each other sending removed lines to all opponents. And in Demo you can watch your CPU playing while enjoying a cup of tea!

MoG is a very addictive game where you have to kill thousands of enemies, collect items in order to obtain new powers and defeat some really great demons at the end of each level. The gameplay of MoG is not the boring linear one. In MoG you are free to go everywhere you want from the beginning of the game. You have to be very careful of the order in which you visit all the rooms in the HUGE map if you want to keep your character alive. The map is structured in a main map (called the castle) and 10 submaps (called the worlds). Initially you are in the castle and you have to find the keys that open the doors to go to each of the worlds. To complete the game you have to defeat the boss at the end of each one of the 10 worlds. You are free to revisit each world as often as you want in order to see if you have missed something. To defeat all 10 demons you control two characters: Popolon and Aphrodite. Each one has special abilities, i.e. Popolon has a greater ability to jump and Aphrodite is able to dive.

A puzzle game like "Deflektor" (C 64) or "Mindbender" (Amiga). The player has to rotate mirrors to deflect a beam in order to destroy all the cells of each level. There are also other devices the player has to be careful not to touch with the beam for too much time because otherwise the system will overload.

NetHack is a single-player roguelike video game. It is a descendant of an earlier game called Hack (1985), which is a descendant of Rogue (1980). In 2000, Salon described it as "one of the finest gaming experiences the computing world has to offer.". The player takes the part of a dungeon-delving character in search of the Amulet of Yendor.

## [The Ur-Quan Masters](http://sc2.sf.net/)

High Definition is a high resolution re-make of 1992's Game of the Year, "Star Control 2: The Ur-Quan Masters". As typical of the adventure game genre, the player must explore the game world with little direction and make discoveries and connections independently. Interaction with the various alien species is a chief part of the adventure game; the backstory of both the species from the first games and new ones were fleshed out considerably.
