Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Sara Marwan FALLOUH and I am a Syrian national currently living in Saudi Arabia. I am hereby applying for a long term
student visa in order to pursue my education in Bachelor of Science (Hons) in international business in the EU business school of
Munich.
The program is taught entirely in English and I will also be undertaking intensive German language courses in order to be able to
communicate and exchange within the German society and learn all about the culture and traditions of the German people.
As I graduated from high school, I had already made up my mind on what I wanted to study in university, indeed, ever since I was a
child, when I watched television I carefully watched every single advertisement that popped up on the screen and I would sometimes
examine them and go into specific details, asking myself questions and doing some research on the internet to learn more about the
the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into the making of such advertisements.
With every passing day I fell more and more in love with said art, which quickly became a passion. In addition to this I also love
painting and design and I believe that the idea that there is an artistic dimension to every single aspect of our lives is both
fascinating and breathtaking, whether it relates to ancient art or modern art.
In school, I participated in several extracurricular activies. I would usually be the one who was chosen to perform tasks such as
finding an original and creative theme for an event and then design its whole atmosphere and scenery.
I am often complimented on my patience and eagerness to work as well as on the obvious passion that animates me while working on
something I love.
I want to be the kind of person who can make a change in this world by introducing new ideas and innovative concepts of design and
media.
This is the reason why I decided to study business and design management and hope to succeed in it so I can make a difference in my
life as well as other people's lives.
I chose to study in Germany because it is known as “The Land of Ideas” it places a major emphasis on education, science, research
and development. This makes Germany the most appropriate country for an ambitious and productive mind to study in.
The city of Munich is also known to be Germany’s top city when it comes to art, science and culture. Munich is known for its
enormous collection of ancient, classic and modern art which is spread over several locations all over the city and which I would
like to see and experience first-hand.
Finally, I would like to politely ask you to go through the documents which I have attached to my application and consider my
request, and I hope that you will accept it.
