  9. There is a rubber seal that goes around the edge of part # 84953FG000 where it screws into the headlight housing. It is a thin ring of rubber that is removable from the cover, it acts as a moisture barrier. Does the product you are selling come with that seal?

  12. Yes the item does come with the rubber o-ring on the part, I was made aware that buying this item (84953FG000) is the only way to obtain the rubber o-ring that you are questioning about. I hope this answers your question. If there is anything else that I can assist you with please let me know. Thanks.

  15. Do you have more than one in stock? I only see one listed but I need two.

  18. Oh, nevermind. I thought it was free shipping. $12 shipping for a $7 part that weighs one ounce is ridiculous.

  21. I understand your concern, however with shipping companies it is not based off the actual weight of the product. The shipping prices are based off the size the item and what is charged by the shipping company for the actual package which is length X 2x width X 2x height. Thank you.

  24. The item fits in a USPS Priority envelope or box, which is flat rate.

  27. I understand your concern, however depending on the "flat rate" box the price does differ as well as the eBay fees, PayPal fees, and paying our employees to pull pack and ship the items plus shipping supplies. We do not force our customers to purchase from our business. The internet sales in a competitive business in it's own and if you choose not to purchase from company that is perfectly fine this is your choice. Thank you for your concern with our business and we hope that you have a wonderful and delightful day.

  30. The price of the USPS flat rate box does differ, however the item we are discussing actually fits in the smallest (and cheapest) flat rate box. As far as "shipping supplies", the boxes are free from USPS. Maybe consider figuring the cost of eBay fees, PayPal fees, and the cost of your employees into the cost of the item rather than the shipping so that it doesn't look like your company is trying to pull one over on it's customers by charging $13 shipping for a $7 item that weighs 1 ounce and fits in a free USPS priority box that cots $6.80 to ship. If you look at the majority of sellers and items on eBay you'll see that they have figured this out and their shipping is either free or a reasonable amount that resembles the actual price of shipping.

  32. Thank you for pointing out that you do not force your customers to purchase from you, that's certainly a novel idea. You should probably add that information to your item descriptions to explain that concept to all your potential customers, they may not realize they have a choice until you let them know. Lol.
