  1. I payed extra for express delivery from DHL EXPRESS. Needless to say their service has been anything but express.

  3. I should have received my package on March 25th. It's April 1st now and I finally received my package at 6:10pm.

  5. - the delivery guy comes all the way to my apartment building, doesn't buzz my apartment when I'm home by looking through the directory in the lobby and leaves
  6. - I missed the next two delivery attempts
  7. - I go to pick up my package from their warehouse at 1740 Comstock Rd. and get there an hour before closing, waited 20 minutes until my turn to speak to an employee behind the counter only to learn that their only DHL employee who's post is at the warehouse left early for what ever reason that day
  8. - get promised another delivery attempt the next day, in the morning
  9. - call in the afternoon, employee tells me it will come in the afternoon instead, from 1-5pm
  10. - it's past 6pm and nothing.

  12. Don't even bother calling them either, out of the over 10 times during the week I've called them I was answered only twice.

  14. Worst customer service I have ever seen by any postal company in Canada. They say private companies are "more efficient" and have "better service" but this is not the case for DHL. Canada Post all the way. I will never work with DHL for the rest of my life.
