  1. Finally finished building Architect's main body, won't seamweld everything until she's prepped to paint. Also I'm thinking off stripping my Jinrai in a isopropyl bath and repainting her with an airbrush, would there be a more convenient way to safely strip the paint?

  3. I don't know if you need a whole bath. Even a little 91% isopropyl alcohol should start removing most paints on contact. As far as I can tell, it won't damage the plastic either, or at least it takes a hell of a lot more alcohol to damage plastic than to remove paint. Either way though it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Make sure you re-prime though, even if the alcohol doesn't remove much of the primer.
  4. Isopropyl and lots of melamine sponges. If you used acrylics you don't need to bathe her. Just soak a sponge and give her a good massage everywhere.
  5. Simple Green bath overnight works without affecting the plastic if you painted using acrylic.

  7. Also, how can i archive this glossy finish?

  9. Lots and lots of polishing and thin layers of gloss coat.

  11. A good gloss coat. I got fairly close with polished plastic and a can of Mr. Super Clear.
