  61. Team Member Explanations
  62.
  63. M-Glalie: M-Glalie is one of the best physical sweepers that take down a ton of foes that are just a pure pain in the RU tier. Freeze Dry can take care of water types that are bothersome like clawitzer and spinners like Blastoise. Killing off Jellicent is done by Freeze Dry as well. Return is boosted by Refrigerate which will destroy any mon that isn't resistant. EQ is to deal a ton of damage or KO threatening fire or steel mons. Ice Shard will pick off any weak mons.
  64.
  65. Virizion: Virizion is one heck of a physical sweeper and wall-breaker. Fantastic at taking care of a wide variety of mons in RU. Setting up a SD with this well-rounded mon is no problem, and once you set up 1 or 2 SD's you will mop the floor with a ton of mons. Alomomola is dead with Leaf Blade. Opposing M-Glalie is dead with close combat, M-Camerupt which normally would be a threat will be OHKO by close combat with rocks. Steel types are also out of the question. Ground types get destroyed by leaf blade. There have been quite a few times where this Virizion let me sweep the floor 6-0. Stone Edge is coverage against flying and fire types which are annoying.
  66.
  67. Almomola: Almomola is the wall and cleric of the team, wishing mons back to health. Scald will cause burns and take care of fire and ground types. Knock off will hit hard against ghost types, especially that really annoying Jellicent which may come around from time to time. Knock off also deals with the items of other clerics or walls allowing for effective wall-breaking to occur. EV's are such for mixed walling.
  68.
  69. Regirock: Now you may be like wait what? Regirock? Well it turns out that this mon has a lot to show. Regirock is the trap-setter of the team. The amazing physical set of 80 / 100 / 200 makes this mon not only a physical wall and trap-setter, but a considerable offensive-mon. It also boasts a 100 SpD which will allow it to take hits as well so have a great mon to set up our stealth rocks. That said, its versitality allows it to be a rock setter early or mid game. Of course, Registeel is an option, but Registeel has next to no offensive capability which means that if put into a 1v1 match then its dead. Furthermore we have the option of Rhyperior which is an actual RU mon, but a.) Rhyperior gets rekt by clawitzer which I see too often (#megalauncheristooOP) and b.) Virizion and Clawitzer will definitely OHKO this mon while Regirock (due to sturdy) has a much better chance of landing a solid hit with ice punch or EQ (clawitzer is harder to take care of, but EQ does a solid 40% so Regirock's buddies can kill it off. Or of course switch out to Virizion, set up SD and SLAYYYY). Generally water types are rather uncommon starters, but just in case Regirock has sturdy to make sure it lands in that stealth rock. Stone Edge is STAB that beats up flying, ice, and fire type mons. Ice Punch is coverage to deal with ground and grass. This will also take care of annoying mons like Flygon with a OHKO. EQ is a heavy hitting attack to deal with steel, electric, and fire types. The singular rock type may be a bit sad, but the stats allow this mon to get OHKO by only a small handful of attacks from a small handful of mons which are already mostly covered for by the previous mons. EV's are such to allow for OHKO or 2HKO against some threatening mons.
  70.
  71. Spiritomb: 007 is a really hard hitting mon that will break apart Trevenant, Jellicent, and most other psychic or ghost type mons. Who cares about substitute when you got this thing infiltrating. Jolteon, which is annoying, gets destroyed if rocks are out. The only thing to be afraid of is other ghost or dark mons which there are few and can be taken care of by a sucker punch out of him. Pursuit will take care of those who plan to switch effectively. Taunt is used to prevent status or setters mid to late game. Will-O-Wisp will break down any mon resistant to Pursuit or Sucker Punch.
  72.
  73. Flygon: Last but not least is my defogger and special sweeper. Flygon is probably the fastest defogger and probably the fastest field-clear mon of RU (unless I forgot someone). Fire Blast will take care of ice type mons such as Glalie and can do a lot of damage to Virizion if rocks are up with no problem. Earth Power will take care of most other mons which may come in. U-Turn is there for momentum. I feel like U-Turn can be switched with Draco Meteor though.
