  1. Mr Misak according to the garde appeal policy and to you i can appeal for a grade in 2 instances above mentioned and i believe that my situation perfectly fits the second option that is a misapplication of a grade standard previously mentioned in a syllabus. What is an unfair grading if not a misapplication of a grade standard. Those standards do not even exist as in YOUR syllabus you have midterm and final exams instead of those 2 presentations we gave. I am for fair and just grading and if it was not for that i would not be writing you all this e-mails. But i find that you have not been correct in your grading as you did not have a proper page devoted to rubrics in your syllabus. Instead, you had a short overview of a written midterm and final exam which did not take place during this course. I will not stand any injustice connected to this and i will do what it takes to receive that fair treatment i demand.

  3. The only reason that i did not approach you before this regarding my grades is that i was completely unaware of them and it was your responsibility to put up our grades on moodle after the assignment was accomplished. I did ask you about the grades but you said you would give us a cumulative grade for the 2 presentations together. You gave us our grades only 2 weeks before the end of the course and i have already mentioned in my previous e-mail the reason i did not appeal for them. Not even mentioning that fact that you changed our grades from B's to C+'s, having already promised that the grades wont go any lower than that. Yeah and thanks for the kind wishes! Appreciate it.
