39.
40.
41. 2. What circumstances do you define as appropriate for a concealed handgun to be drawn? (Minimum 60 words)
42.
43. The circumstances for a firearm to be drawn are quite simple, but totally different between police and civilians. As a citizen, you should keep yourself to a modified force matrix in which you are not allowed to threaten a potential perpetrator with your firearm as the police is allowed to. You shouldn't withdraw your firearm unless you are a hundred percent sure that the shot you are about to fire is legit and you are not committing a homicide by doing so. You shall not withdraw your firearm to show it off to your friends or play around with it, it's a firearm for safety and not a toy.
44.
45. 3. You have a CWP (closed carry permit) and you see a robbery in progress. What do you do? (Minimum 120 words)
46.
47. By all means, I will not act like a vigilante or private army type of guy, by going in like Rambo and start shooting robbers, because I am not trained to do so, there may be hostages at life risk and if they get killed, it reflects upon me and I do not wish to be incarcerated. I stay calm, call the police, and wait for them to dispatch a SWAT team. If I myself am being assaulted by one of the perpetrators, I may fire my weapon upon the perpetrators, within fair reason and when there really is no other choice, but other than that, I will not instigate a shootout by behaving like a deputy sheriff, because I am not. Dealing with robberies is the job of the police and not of civilians with a tier one firearms license.
48.
49. 4. What type of firearm would you be using and why? (Minimum 75 words)
50.
51. I'm a fan of the SIG SAUER firearms. I will most likely attain a SIG SAUER P227 Nitron or P226 Dark. These specific firearms are two of my favorites, and I have had them both while I lived in Miami, they are safe and easily handle-able, and do not have much room for customization, but I like to keep my weaponry stock as long as possible to keep it within it's warranty and state guideline bounds.
52.
53. 5.1. List all the details of features and safety features on the firearm in question.
54. The P227 includes the SIG SAUER four-point safety system of decocking lever, patented automatic firing pin safety block, safety intercept notch, and trigger bar disconnector. - From SIG SAUER website.
55.
56. 6. How do you intend on safely carrying the aforementioned firearm about your person?
57. I intend to have a shoulder or hip holster where I will keep my firearm safely secured.
58.
59. 7. Where/when can you carry your firearm?
60. Anywhere but government properties and public events to avoid confusions and unwanted attention.
61.
62. 8. How often should you clean your firearm?
63. I'll be taking my firearm apart once a week and give it a proper cleaning and lubrication process. The guidelines state every once per 50 shots, but dust is finest and may leave the weapon to block when I do have to fire it.
64.
65.
66. When purchasing a new firearm, every owner must register every firearm they possess.
67. The registry can be found here - http://sd.owlgaming.net/viewforum.php?f=299
