  1. >You are Havel the Rock
  2. >and you are now questioning your motives for your actions
  3. >the lives of your friends...
  4. >are they going to rest in peace knowing you might break your promise?
  5. >you start to really wonder why you are so calm about this in the first place
  6. >what is making you think of changing your ways?
  7. >could it be the effects of the undead curse being lifted
  8. >is this world affecting your mind like how it affected your curse?
  9. >or maybe this this room is too damn comfortable for you to think straight
  10. >you get up from your chair to walk about for a bit...
  11. >to find the pink one's family staring at you
  12. "Hello everyone, did I disturb anyone while I was sleeping?"
  13. >the pink one is the first to respond
  14. >"Disturb?! You were making some really weird noises while you were asleep! What were you dreaming about?!"
  15. >fuck
  16. >you were never known to be so loud while you slept.
  17. >This is odd
  18. "My apologies then. I did not mean to cause such a ruckus. I'm guessing it went on for a while. How long was I asleep for?"
  19. >the old pink one responds
  20. >"You've only been asleep for 5 minutes!"
  21. >wot
  22. >then how do you feel so rejuvenated?
  23. >fuck it, nothing in this world makes sense to you anyway
  24. >also, you noticed that the pink one's mother sounds quite similar to her daughter, just a little older and a slight accent of sorts.
  25. >the Orange one had a similar accent, but this one seems to be lighter.
  26. "Now that is strange. I tend to sleep much more than that, but enough about this, is there any food available?
  27. >the brown one speaks up
  28. >"Now hold on there mister Havel. Aren't you getting a bit to comfortable in my house right now?"
  29. "huh?"
  30. >"You arrive with my daughter, tell me you might be a dangerous... whatever you are, you settle down in my living room, you fall asleep instead of properly introducing yourself like a normal pony, you make strange noises while you slept, which frightened us all by the way, and NOW you are asking for food like it was no big deal?!
  31.
  32. >You are Havel the Rock
  33. >and you have got to stop getting on these ponies' bad side
  34. >time to salvage the situation without cheesing any walls
  35. "I did not realize I was so oblivious to my actions. Please forgive me."
  36. >"I'll let this slide for now, but we'll talk about this after dinner."
  37. >wow, that was a lot easier than you thought it would be.
  38. >are the ponies here more inclined to forgive others for their actions?
  39. >after your little fiasco with the other ponies, it seems that way
  40. >you go back to your chair and wait for dinner to be ready.
  41. >it just occurred to you that your helmet is still not on your head
  42. >time to fix that
  43. >as you put on your rock helm, you notice that the twins are sitting on a sofa across from you
  44. >this won't end well
  45. >the pony with a light-grey mane speaks first, you're almost certain this is Marble
  46. >"Hello, mister Havel sir, may we be given the opportunity to get to know you better? You're both different and similar to what we're used to, and that's what interests us about you."
  47. >similar?
  48. >must be the rock armor
  49. >at least she sounds polite
  50. "As you wish, what would you like to know?"
  51. >The other one with they darker grey mane speaks up
  52. >"Hey Marble, get him to tell us about himself. Why does he wear the mask? Who is he anyway? He seems pretty insecure if he wears armor all the time."
  53. "Or perhaps he's wondering why you're using Marble to ask your questions"
  54. >they both stare at you
  55. "This is a helmet, by the way, and I wear my armor because I don't own any other form of clothing right now"
  56. >the polite one speaks up
  57. >"Pardon me, but wouldn't it be easier to just take off your armor? None of us really wear clothing except for special occasions, so why must you wear this armor at all times?
  58. >ah yes, it seems they don't have the nudity taboo that we had back home...
  59. >you miss your home
  60. "It isn't normal to not wear clothing in public. Its just something about our race that just gives us that mindset."
  61. >she seems content with that.
  62.
  63. >You are Havel the Rock
  64. >and you are enjoying talking about yourself to the polite one.
  65. >the rude dude, not so much
  66. >you tell her about what you've done in Equestria and, although she seems a little frightened, she doesn't question it.
  67. >you like how she doesn't press for too much information
  68. >meanwhile miss grey bitch seems to keep trying to ask dumb questions like "if I take off that helmet, will you die" and other stupid things.
  69. >after some talking, the pink one comes in with some news
  70. >"Dinner's ready, everypony!"
  71. "Umm..."
  72. >"And Havel"
  73. "Wonderful"
  74. >you all make your way into the kitchen and sit at the table
  75. >what are these chairs made of?!
  76. >why do they all have the strength to hold your armor?!
  77. >the old pink one seems to catch your curiosity
  78. >"If you're wondering why these chairs are so strong, they're actually our famous Rock Wood Chairs that have been passed down the Pie family for generations."
  79. >Rock wood?!
  80. >what kind of rocks are on this farm?!
  81. >wait a minute, how are they growing rocks?!
  82. >you just realized how much this whole thing doesn't make sense!
  83. >WHY CAN'T ANYTHING MAKE SENSE?!
  84. >you see the pink one and her mother set the table with all sorts of food...
  85. >and they all look like rocks
  86. >maybe you should create a Great Rock Barrier for your teeth
  87. >as they all sit down, the old pink one walks toward the stairs.
  88. >"Oh Maud! Its time for dinner!"
  89. "Maud?"
  90.
  91. >You are Havel the Rock
  92. >and you are curious as to why this "Maud" has not come down for dinner yet
  93. >you decided to pass the time by telling the twins about how you were captured by a small group of filthy mages, only to break free when they least expected and slaughtered them all
  94. >good times...
  95. >the rude one was the first to speak up
  96. >"So was getting caught part of your plan?"
  97. "Of course"
  98. >that was a big fat lie
  99. >you're getting really hungry, though
  100. >ok that's it, where is this pony?!
  101. >you want to eat!
  102. >damn these ponies and their "wait until everyone is at the table" rule
  103. >...oh boy, right when you thought that, you heard hoof steps near the doorway
  104. >you see a purple pony walk in wearing some kind of blue clothing
  105. >"Hello"
  106. >the old pink one speaks up
  107. >"Oh my, you came down here a lot faster than normal, were you busy with anything?"
  108. >"No"
  109. >the brown one speaks next
  110. >"Well then, come sit down with your family so we can all enjoy our meal together"
  111. >she comes to the table and sits down, but soon notices you and just stares at you with those dull eyes
  112. >you decide to make conversation
  113. "Hello there, I'm guessing you're Maud?
  114. >she nods
  115. >"You're wearing rocks"
  116. "Yes, I am"
  117. >"I like rocks"
  118. "That's nice"
  119. >"I like the rocks you're wearing"
  120. "Thank you"
  121. >"..."
  122. "..."
  123. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxnSwiR40MM
  124.
  125. >You are something the something
  126. >and something something this pony is something
  127. >something should something something
  128. >"why are you staring"
  129. >wot
  130. >you're wearing your helmet, how did s-
  131. >"I can see your eyes through those little holes in your helmet"
  132. >wat
  133. >how is her vision s-
  134. >"its not hard to see, its like seeing through the cracks in a rock"
  135. >wut
  136. >my god, she's amazing
  137. >blunt
  138. >quiet voice
  139. >dull beyond belief
  140. >aware of her surroundings
  141. >likes rocks just like you
  142. >how could she be any better?!
  143. >the rude one speaks up
  144. >"Wow Maud, I've never seen you talk to strangers so much. I thought you'd be silent around him. I mean, he's a big guy"
  145. >"for you"
  146. >...yup, she's perfect
  147. >wait, why are you having these thoughts about this pony?!
  148. >I mean, there's nothing about her you dislike at all, but then again, you can say the same thing about the polite one
  149. >this place is really twisting your head
  150. >first your hatred of magic is leaving you, now you're having affectionate thoughts about a pony!
  151. >maybe you should leave
  152. >but you're too hungry to leave right now
  153. >and you need a job
  154. >you never go back on a promise...
  155. >promise...
  156. "dammit"
  157.
  158. >You are Havel the Rock
  159. >and what the fuck is this world doing to your head
  160. >unless the curse was making me go cuhrayzee in the first place, there's no way...
  161. >wait, that makes perfect sense
  162. >the curse slowly eats your soul, which causes you to eventually go insane
  163. >now that the curse is gone...
  164. >CHEESE IS CRUST, YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY BE THINKING CLEARLY NOW
  165. >cheese...
  166. >you're still hungry
  167. >everyone else is eating
  168. >why aren't you?!
  169. >you pick up a plate and scoop yourself some spaghetti...
  170. >with rocks in it instead of meatballs
  171. >you go to eat some, but you instead stare at it with hesitation
  172. >the polite one speaks up
  173. >"The rocks aren't as hard as you might think. They've been grown to taste like tomatoes, so its alright to eat."
  174. >u wot m8?
  175. >alright, so the rocks aren't hard like normal rocks
  176. >you'll be fine
  177. >you take off your helmet and get a fork-full of spaghetti in your mouth.
  178. >you bite down into th-
  179. >SWEET GWYNEVERE'S TITS
  180. >YOU THINK YOU BROKE A TOOTH
  181. >you jump out of your seat, spilling some spaghetti onto the pink one
  182. >everyone here's some pretty strange profanity coming from you
  183. >you quickly take out your chime and cast great heal on yourself
  184. >ah, that's much better
  185. >the rude one yells out
  186. >"Someone get this hothead outta here!"
  187. >it never ends, does it?
  188.
  189. >You are Havel the Rock
  190. >and spaghetti is just oozing out of your pockets
  191. >the others look like their very furious at your outburst
  192. >aw shit nigga, you f-
  193. >why do you hear laughing?
  194. >who is laughing?
  195. >why is everyone starting to calm down?
  196. >where is this laughter coming from?
  197. >why is there spaghetti in your face now?
  198. >"oh, I'm not going to lose this game."
  199. >this ungodly Bloodborne still thinks this is a game
  200. >...wait, everyone seems to be calming down because of this
  201. >you take a gamble
  202. "Okay! ARE YOU READY FOR ROUND 2?!"
  203. >you pick up some spaghetti you dropped and hurl it at her...
  204. >and you aimed for the wrong pink one
  205. >not good
  206. >"he he he"
  207. "?!"
  208. >the older pink one puts on a crazy face
  209. >"FOOD FIGHT"
  210. >you'll need a great spaghetti barrier after this
  211. >everyone picks up their plates and starts chucking their food
  212. >all forms of rock based food goes flying through the air
  213. >they do not effect you at all, your armor is too strong
  214. >please nerf
  215. >the pie family seems to be dodging most of the rock filled food, except the rude one
  216. >that brings asmile to your face
  217. >you notice that Maud seems to be sitting on her chair, eating as if nothing out of the ordinary is happpening
  218. >eventually, for some odd reason, they all start throwing the food only at you
  219. >Time to tip the scales!
  220.
  221. >You are Havel the Rock
  222. >and you failed to tip the scales
  223. >you thought of all the different ways to gain an advantage
  224. >but all of were either too dangerous for them, or too many walls would be cheesed
  225. >at this point, you're just eating whatever is thrown at your face
  226. >damn, that's good cooking
  227. >eventually, there is no more food to throw, and everyone calms down
  228. >the pink one cleans herself off with...her tongue, and continues to laugh
  229. >"Gee, that was fun! We got to eat and play with our food!"
  230. >the brown one, covered on most of the food, walks up to his family
  231. >"Alright everyone, go outside and get hosed off. We don't want to drag any food droppings around the house, do we?"
  232. >they all run outside, leaving you with the brown one and Maud, who is still sitting there, now drinking some tea.
  233. >"heh heh, at least you're not a stick in the mud like how we used to be. We'll talk about your job after we clean up."
  234. "Works for me."
  235. >the brown one leaves
  236. >now its just you and Maud
  237. >you decide to make conversation
  238. "Let me guess, this kind of thing happens a lot?"
  239. >"Yes."
  240. >she sips her tea
  241. >"Your rock armor kept you safe"
  242. "Why, yes it did"
  243. >"Your armor rocks"
  244. >what
  245. "I'll take that as a compliment. Not many people realize how strong rocks can be."
  246. >"My sediments exactly. Do you want some tea?"
  247. >well, it couldn't hurt
  248. >its not like there are rocks in the tea
  249. >you pour yourself a cup of tea
  250. >as you drink it, Maud speaks up
  251. >"I put some rocks in it to give it some flavor."
  252. >oh shit, this might be a bad idea
  253. >too late, you're already drinking it
  254. >...
  255. >this is some bomb ass tea
  256.
  257. >You are Havel the Rock
  258. >and you're really wondering just what kind of rocks are on this farm
  259. >"The rocks on this farm are not normal rocks"
  260. >this explains nothing!
  261. >"Its like plants, except these ones really rock"
  262. >are these puns?!
  263. >"unlike plants, our rocks need to grow when its stone cold outside"
  264. >yes they are
  265. >you can't take much more of these puns of damage
  266. >...although they were kind of funny
  267. >so you instead drink more of this delicious tea
  268. >the brown one comes back
  269. >"Sorry, mister Havel, but you need to clean yourself up as well."
  270. >crap, you forgot about that
  271. >"We got a hose out back, so you can use that to clean all that food off of your armor"
  272. >what the fuck is a hose?!
  273. >"its something that sprays water at you, it would get the food out of that tuff armor"
  274. >How does Maud always know...
  275. >it matters not, you need to escape all these rock puns
  276. >no matter how clever they are
  277. >you follow the brown one outside and come to a long, green object
  278. >"Well, there it is. I'll leave you to it then. I need to see if I can hire you in the first place, so let me get to that before we begin."
  279. "Thank you, but how does this even wo-"
  280. >he's already inside the house
  281. >dammit
  282. >you pick up the end of the "hose"
  283. >there's no water coming from it...
  284. >is there a way to force it to release water?
  285. >after shaking the thing for about 5 minutes straight, you notice a valve near where the green part ends
  286. >I guess that should do it
  287. >you turn the valve and look into the end of the hose
  288. >the water should come out soon enough
  289. >how much water could come out of this little thing?
  290.
  291. >You are Havel the Rock
  292. >and you have just used Wrath of the Gods against the the evil hose
  293. >luckily, the walls of the house are somehow not destroyed
  294. >that's a first
  295. >that vile hose sprayed water into your eyes at such an alarming rate, you almost thought you went blind
  296. >after that little event, you notice that there are no traces of food on you...
  297. >it all ended up on the walls of the house instead
  298. >you assume that the force from your miracle blasted the food off of your armor
  299. >you need to make note of that in the future
  300. >oh well, time to meet up with the brown one and get this job thing under way
  301. >you walk back inside, quickly noticing how the rude one is holding the pink one hostage, asking him questions about yourself
  302. >why does she want to know why you wear "the mask" so badly?
  303. >you decide not to get involved and you continue your search for the brown one
  304. >maybe he's in some kind of work office or something like that...
  305. >nope, he's just in the living room with a small stack of papers near him
  306. "Pardon me, Igneous Rock, but can we talk about my employment?"
  307. >"ah, Havel. I was about to come and get you. Please, have a seat."
  308. >you sit on the sofa across from him
  309. >hopefully this will go smoothly
  310. >"Well now, Havel, it seems we are a little short on money at the moment. I can still hire you, but I need to be certain that you qualify for the position."
  311. "And what, pray tell, will this position require of me?"
  312. >"The only thing I need from you is strength. You need to be able to crack the rocks outside, round them up, and bring them to the barn."
  313. >strength
  314. >wow, this will be very simple
  315. "I believe I have the strength needed to complete any task this job requires."
  316. >"See, I know you're a strong... whatever you are, but I need to be absolutely certain about this, and I know exactly how to test you."
  317. "Very well, let's hear it."
  318.
  319. >You are Havel the Rock
  320. >and you have been assigned with taking down the barn they currently have and building a new one
  321. >things couldn't get any easier
  322. >you both walk outside with the intent of going to said barn...
  323. >until the brown one notices the absence of their unholy hose
  324. >"Wait a minute, what happened to the hose and why is there food on my walls?"
  325. >and he looked at me
  326. >and I looked at him
  327. >and he looked at ME
  328. >and I looked at HIM
  329. >and he LOOK AT ME
  330. >and I LOOKED AT HIM
  331. >and he said "I'm sorry, it must have been the rats"
  332. >good
  333. >now that the interruption has ended, you continue your way to the barn
  334. >huh, it seems the twins and the old pink one are already there
  335. >was this planned?
  336. >"no it wasn't"
  337. >SWEET GWYNDOLIN'S TRAP
  338. >when did Maud get here?!
  339. >you need to keep a sharper eye out for her
  340. >the brown one seems to address everyone
  341. >"Alright now, I know this barn has been with us for a long time, but its obvious that its going to fall apart soon. So, I've cleared it out recently so I can break it down and build a new one."
  342. >he walks up to you
  343. >"You came at the right time. It's not easy to break Rock Wood, you know, so this will accurately tell us if you're qualified to work on the farm."
  344. >wait a minute
  345. "Excuse me, but why do you need to break down such a sturdy barn in the first place?"
  346. >"Well, rock wood might be sturdy when it comes to physical force, but it doesn't do the same when it comes to rain, lightning, or... snow. We were never able to really find out why, too"
  347. >huh
  348. >so it has massive physical defense, but poor elemental resistance.
  349. >that shouldn't matter to you
  350. "Alright, let's destroy this barn"
  351. >you break into a sprint and charge towards one of the walls
  352. >time to cheese some walls!
  353.
  354. >You are Havel the Rock
  355. >and your head hurts
  356. >these walls
  357. >this must be the work of an enemy Stand!
  358. >...
  359. >note to self, figure out why you are saying these things
  360. >as you get up, the others seem to have noticed your first failed attempt
  361. >the polite one speaks up
  362. >"Mister Havel, are you alright? That didn't hurt, did it?"
  363. >...
  364. "I'm alright"
  365. >alright, time for the dragon tooth
  366. >you take it off of your back armor
  367. >you're really glad it stays on there and never falls off
  368. >you break into another sprint, this time, readying your weapon
  369. >time to die, wall scum!
  370. >your weapon makes contact with the barn...
  371. >and you only made a dent in it
  372. >this isn't possible
  373. >no rock has ever withstood your an attack from your dragon tooth
  374. >standing here
  375. >you realize
  376. >this wall is a worthy opponent!
  377. >you bring out the chime
  378. >you start to cast a miracle
  379. >and sadly, the rude one needs to make a comment
  380. >"So, mister giant thing, what's the next step of your master plan?"
  381. >you finish casting Sacred Oath, a miracle that increases physical offensive and defensive capabilities
  382. "Crashing this barn"
  383. >You ready your weapon again and rush towards the enemy barn
  384. "With no survivors!"
  385. >You make contact with the rock wood wall again
  386. >this time, it shatters it completely
  387. >everyone stares in shock
  388. >you don't stop there
  389. >you start swing your dragon tooth in all directions, cheesing every wall you can find
  390. >hot damn, you haven't had this much fun in a long time
  391. >eventually, after you've hit pretty much every part of these walls, you hear the foundation start to collapse
  392. >well, time to leave
  393. >you jump out before the barn breaks down and turns into a pile of rubble
  394. "Mission accomplished"
  395.
  396. >You are Havel the Rock
  397. >and your only worthy opponent in this world is now dead
  398. >but you can rebuild him
  399. >you have the technology
  400. >the brown one seems to share this sentiment
  401. >"Well then, Havel. You sure have shown your strength. Rock Wood is some of the hardest types of rocks we got on our farm, so don't expect all rocks to be this tough."
  402. >that's a relief
  403. >you can't use Sacred Oath too often
  404. >"Now its time for the the other part of the test, your Endurance. We have the supplies all here, all you need to do is help us build another barn. You're doing most of the heavy lifting, however."
  405. "This shouldn't be too hard, but I need to know how you need it built before I can work."
  406. >He passes you the blueprints for their new barn
  407. >it seems very basic, just with more areas to hold certain rocks for storage
  408. >You were never one to be good at building, but it can't be that hard
  409. >but before you start
  410. "Excuse me, Limestone?"
  411. >she seems a little surprised at you calling her name
  412. >"Yeah, what?"
  413. "I would appreciate it if you stopped making any remarks to my failures in the future."
  414. >"And why would I do that?!"
  415. "Because if you keep it up, I'll see what breaks first, your will or your body."
  416. >everyone gasps
  417. >the brown one seems pretty angry at that statement, but soon his face changes to that of understanding
  418. >the older pink one seems to want to end this conflict
  419. >"Alright you two, Havel, don't make anymore threats like that or you're already fired, and Limestone, stop taunting him with your little comments."
  420. "Very well"
  421. >"Whatever"
  422. >after that little conflict, you notice that the pink one and Maud are pulling up some Rock Wood from a wagon
  423. >they look like they've already been formed into building materials
  424. >you start to think that building a new barn was already in their plans, but they were either too lazy to knock this one down, or were waiting for someone else to do it.
  425. >oh well, its time to start building a barn...
  426. >wait
  427. >why do you hear music?
  428.
  429. >You are Havel the Rock
  430. >and why is everyone singing?!
  431. >where is this music coming from?!
  432. >how can this be possible?!
  433. >they all seem to be singing in rhythm
  434. >except for Maud
  435. >who seems to be ignoring it entirely
  436. >you're deeply disturbed by this random event
  437. >...and they keep saying the same lyrics over and over again
  438. >Raise this barn this, Raise this barn that
  439. >1 2 3 4
  440. >NO, GET IT OUT OF YOUR HEAD
  441. >although they are building at a fast rate, you are able to keep up and, because of their speed, you're throwing them the materials to save time
  442. >they're catching the pieces just fine, however
  443. 2 HOURS LATER
  444. >Raise this barn, Raise this barn
  445. >1 2 3 4
  446. >Together you can kill me now
  447. >1 2 3 4
  448. >you finally get the rest of the pieces in place
  449. >the barn seems to be done
  450. >...and they're still singing
  451. >"we raised this barn, raised this barn, yes w-"
  452. "SHUT UUUUUUUUUUUUUUP!"
  453. >they all stop to look at you
  454. "SHUT UP. SHUT UP. ENOUGH SINGING. NO MORE. I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE. PLEASE, JUST SHUT UP"
  455. >they all look pretty confused right now
  456. "I don't know how you were all singing for that long, or how music just started appearing out of thin air. All I know is that I cannot listen to it anymore!"
  457. >the pink one speaks up
  458. >"Havel, didn't you feel the Music of Harmony?"
  459. >the what of who now?
  460. "Explain"
  461. >"how do you not kn-"
  462. "EXPLAIN"
  463. >"Well, if you don't know, when certain special events happen, the Music of Harmony within us all comes out, allowing everyone to make beautiful music with each other. Its a way of being in sync with one another, which is why we use it when we're all working on an important task, like building this barn. The magic within us all is what creates it in the first place.
  464. >...
  465. >MAGIC
  466.
  467. >You are Havel the Rock
  468. >and you just used Great Magic Barrier
  469. "W-what do you mean,'magic within us all'?"
  470. >The pink one now has a look of fear, most likely realizing what she just said
  471. >"Well, uh, yeah. Everyone in Equestria has some kind of magic within themselves, but its used in different ways."
  472. >no
  473. >please don't say everyone can use their magic
  474. >"Everyone can use their magic, but only unicorns can manipulate it to do things like pick up objects, create something, all that stuff."
  475. >this is murder
  476. >"Besides, Havel, if you heard the Music of Harmony, then you must have some kind of magic within you order to even be aware of it."
  477. >...
  478. "Magic within me..."
  479. >you pick up your weapon
  480. "This is why I've been acting so strange. This land is tainting me with it's magic."
  481. >the polite one retorts
  482. >"Please, mister Havel, this isn't the magic like you've described to us before. This magic has only ever helped us. No pony in history has ever been harmed by the magic within us all."
  483. >rude dude time
  484. >"Except for Unicorns..."
  485. >"LIMESTONE!"
  486. >...
  487. >its time to see if this magic is truly the one you know of
  488. "I must ask a question, and I expect an answer."
  489. >the pink one steps forward
  490. "All of your magic, does it derive from one's intelligence, or is it a natural substance."
  491. >"I don't know about unicorn magic, but our Earth pony magic is only used at an unconscious level. You can be the dumbest earth pony in all of Equestria and you can still use magic in some way."
  492. >it doesn't stem from intelligence...
  493. >they might be right, this is not the same magic I know from my world
  494. >except unicorns
  495. >those ones still cannot be trusted
  496. "Very well. I will believe that. For now"
  497. >the pink one hugs you
  498. >"You're brave for facing your fears, Havel"
  499. >fears?
  500. >"Courage is the magic that turns dreams into reality, Havel"
  501. "Pinkie"
  502. >"yes?"
  503. "Don't say that ever again"
  504.
  505. >You are Havel the Rock
  506. >and that was the dumbest line you've ever heard
  507. >no matter, on to business!
  508. "Igneous Rock, I would like to know if I'm hired or not."
  509. >"Boy, you're one crazy creature, I'll tell you hwat. Based on what you've told me so far, that 'magic' line should have made you try to kill us, but it seems you're starting to learn how to control your anger."
  510. >you're not an angry person...
  511. >are you?
  512. >"You're a hard worker, Havel. I'll hire you on two conditions."
  513. >you can already tell how much you won't like this
  514. >"For starters, you are to keep your anger in check. If you lose your cool and hurt anyone in my family, you're gone."
  515. >ok, not too bad
  516. >"The other condition is pretty simple, If you break anything on the farm you're not supposed to, it comes out of your pay. this includes anything NOT on the job too."
  517. >oh dear
  518. >can't break anything
  519. >looks like the walls will be spared during my time here
  520. >you just need to be more careful
  521. "I accept these conditions."
  522. >the old pink one jumps for... joy?
  523. >she goes to hug you along with the pink one and speaks up
  524. >"Alrighty then Havel, looks like you're hired! Welcome to the Pie Family Rock Farm"
  525. >The twins walk up to you as well
  526. >the polite one speaks first
  527. >"Its nice to welcome you here. I hope we can learn more about one another during your stay. Maybe we can even be friends..."
  528. >and then the rude one ruins it
  529. >"To Tartarus with that! I want to know why he puts on that stupid mask all the time! He's so mysterious, I just need to figure him out!"
  530. >ok, you need to put an end to this
  531. "If you must know, no one cared who I was before I put on 'the mask.' I wear it because of-"
  532. >the brown one interrupts you, also joining in the hug
  533. >"Just shut up and enjoy the moment."
  534. >The whole Pie Family seems to have come in for a group hug
  535. >except for Maud
  536. >who seems to be tending to some rocks in the distance
  537. >she seems to not be into this whole "cheery and forgiving" crap
  538. >good, at least you won't have to worry about her
  539. >you motion for everyone to stop hugging you
  540. >good, they complied
  541. "Thank you for the job. Now, if you would excuse me, I'm going to break some rocks."
  542. >need to wash away the anger
  543. >the brown one smirks
  544. >"heh, looks like someone's eager to work. Just remember to round them up and bring them to the barn for storage. The rocks we need today are near where Maud is right now, so just work with her if you want company."
  545. >working on the farm with Maud?
  546. >best thing you've heard in the past few hours
  547. "I'll get to that"
  548. >"Oh, and Havel"
  549. >you turn to see the pink one
  550. >"Thanks for not getting angry at us. Its nice to see that the Magic of Friendship between us"
  551. >MAGIC?!
  552. >wait, what is this warm feeling you're getting within you?!
  553. >you can feel the magic overtaking you!
  554. >it is a good pain!
  555. >...wait, you remember this feeling
  556. >its the feeling of knowing that someone cares for you...
  557. >you've forgotten what its like to feel wanted
  558. >this is good
  559. "...y-you too"
  560.
  561. >You are Havel the Rock
  562. >and you love your job
  563. >you just hit rocks all day, smashing them into rubble, and gathering them up
  564. "For once, I can hit things all day to my heart's content!"
  565. >every now and then, you come across one or two rocks that need some extra power
  566. >like this piece of granite right here
  567. "come on and..."
  568. >SLAM
  569. >its all the more sweeter when they are tough
  570. >as you are doing your job, you notice how Maud is doing her job as well
  571. >she's not smashing it all like the way you do your business
  572. >it looks as though she's just poking the rocks really fast
  573. >and then they crumble!
  574. >its almost like she's hitting them in key points, allowing them to be destroyed.
  575. >fascinating
  576. >this entire time, there's been a huge boulder just staring at you
  577. >waiting to be smashed
  578. >you walk up to the boulder and ready your weapon
  579. >Maud seems to notice this
  580. >"You won't break it"
  581. "Really now, and why is that?"
  582. >"That's bedrock. I'm the only one who knows how to break it."
  583. "I don't believe that. If you 'grow' bedrock, then wouldn't others know how to break it as well?"
  584. >"we started growing them a few years ago. The only reason we are is because I am the only pony in the world who knows how to break it without magic."
  585. >don't believe her lies
  586. "We'll see about that"
  587. >You swing down your mighty dragon tooth...
  588. >and your weapon just bounces off of it
  589. >didn't even put a dent in it...
  590. >you got this
  591. >you take out your chime and cast not one, but two miracles
  592. >its time for Sacred Oath and Sunlight blade
  593. >both you and your weapon are now stronger!
  594. >you ready your weapon
  595. >you sprint and jump at the mighty boulder!
  596. >SMACK
  597. >your weapon still bounced off
  598. >so did you
  599. >you land with a large "THUD"
  600. >"told you"
  601. "ugh, fine then. Show me how you do it then!"
  602. >Maud walks up to the boulder
  603. >she seems to be examining it...
  604. >and then you hear music
  605. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RaY1ihyBtbA
  606.
  607. >You are Havel the Rock
  608. >and what the fuck are you witnessing
  609. >You see Maud sit up on her hind legs and her piece of blue clothing seems to just burst off
  610. >her face is still emotionless
  611. >after a second of standing there, she starts to punch the rock at many different points
  612. >oh my Gwyn, not even the famous Prince Ricard of Astora was this fast
  613. >she keeps walking around the boulder, still keeping up her flurry of attacks
  614. >all of a sudden, she just stops
  615. >she goes back onto four legs
  616. >...and just walks away?!
  617. "Uh, Maud? The boulder is still..."
  618. >you hear her muttering something under her breath
  619. >it sounds like gibberish to you
  620. >was that even in English?
  621. >wait, there's a sound coming from the boulder
  622. >somehow, the boulder starts to crack
  623. >and now it just crumbled into small pieces...
  624. >you turn to Maud, her outfit is somehow back on her body, like it was never destroyed
  625. >"Can you pick up these pieces? I'm done for the day."
  626. "I...uh...how...it...gone...rock...dead..."
  627. >she just walks away
  628. >...
  629. >what kind of technique was that?
  630. >her punches didn't seem as strong as your attack, but they were still able to completely shatter something you couldn't even harm
  631. >it was almost like it was destroyed from the inside out
  632. >but how..
  633. >as you pick up the remains of the bedrock, there are only 2 things you are thinking of
  634. >where did Maud learn how to use such a Mystic Arte?
  635. >...and where can you learn the same?
  636.
  637. >you are Havel the Rock
  638. >and you have just finished your first day of your new job
  639. >not easy, but not hard
  640. >feels good mang
  641. >how long were you out on the farm?
  642. >judging by the night sky, it was a long day
  643. >as you are coming near the house to rest, you notice Maud sitting on the roof.
  644. >a pony on the roof
  645. >sounds crazy, no?
  646. >it seems she used a latter to get up there
  647. >time to get some answers
  648. >SOCIAL LINK, GO!
  649. >you use the same ladder to get up onto the roof and sit down next to her
  650. >you notice how she's holding her hoof up while staring North towards a big Star
  651. >"you're wondering how I was able to do that."
  652. "Were my intentions that obvious?"
  653. >"Yes."
  654. >she pulls up her blue clothing to reveal her cutie mark
  655. >its a rock
  656. >well, that might explain everything
  657. >"I always liked rocks, so I learned everything there is to know about rocks. Even my pet is a rock."
  658. >wot
  659. >error Havel_Brain.exe has stopped responding
  660. >she pulls out a pebble from her pocket
  661. >"This is my pet. His name is Boulder. He's kept me company for a long time. He's the only one who listens to me all the time besides Pinkie."
  662. "You feel alone"
  663. >Maud turns to face you
  664. "I know what its like to feel alone and exiled, but I was forced into that."
  665. >"I don't act like other ponies, so they treat me very differently. I don't really like being with other ponies anyway, besides Pinkie."
  666. >you guess that Maud was really close the the pink one
  667. "I was never really close to anyone either, besides other Bishops. I always liked it when I was in a quiet area with no one loud talking to me. That's why I don't have a problem talking to you."
  668. >"Alright"
  669. >damn, you thought that would have gotten a different reaction out of her
  670. >"At least we share similar preferences"
  671. "Indeed we do."
  672. >"Want to hear some of my poetry?"
  673. "You're a writer? What kind of poetry do you write?"
  674. >"Rocks. They are all about Rocks"
  675. "Very well, let's hear some."
  676. >she pulls out a piece of paper from her blue coat
  677. >this should be interesting
  678.
  679. >You are Havel
  680. >and for now, you're dropping the Rock title
  681. >you never want to hear the word rock ever again
  682. >you listened to Maud read her poetry about rocks
  683. >and, although well written, she uses the word rock TOO many times
  684. >you somehow managed to keep your composure during her little poetry spree...
  685. >FOR 4 HOURS
  686. >after she was done, you and Maud climbed down the latter and decided to head to bed
  687. >*sigh*
  688. >its nice have a bed to sleep on
  689. >you take a good look at the guest room
  690. >it looks surprisingly pink
  691. >no seriously, everything is pink
  692. >everything
  693. >maybe this room had once belonged to the pink one
  694. >...which would explain her sleeping on the floor
  695. >huh, maybe she is allowing you to sleep on the bed
  696. >I guess she's not so bad after all
  697. >you climb into bed, ready for a nice sleep without any rocks...
  698. 7 HOURS LATER
  699. "oh yes, Reah, I would love to know more about what lies down in your gaping dragon."
  700. >"well, bring out your dragon tooth and brace for combat..."
  701. >dis gonna b-
  702. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1K9xe39zWLY
  703. >GOOD GWYN'S BEARD, WHAT IS THIS NOISE
  704. >the next thing you know, you are laying down in a bed
  705. >with the noise still being heard
  706. >you see the pink one, the polite one, and the rude one all dancing around the room
  707. >you also notice a small rectangular box is making the noise
  708. >the pink one starts to yell
  709. >"WOO HOO, this music really ROCKS"
  710. >oh no
  711. >"You're right, Pinkie, this music positively rocks!
  712. >please, don't let the rude one make it worse
  713. >"Yeah, not even the big old rock on the bed can rock to these rocking tunes. He can't even wake up!"
  714. >NOPE
  715. >you immediatly spring from the bed, run to the little box
  716. >and Bash it's fukin head it
  717. "Please, keep it down."
  718. >the rude one makes everything worse
  719. >"I thought that big old rock slept like a rock too"
  720. "AND STOP TALKING ABOUT ROCKS"
  721. >after that outburst, the three of them run out of the room
  722. >good, at least you can sleep now...
  723. >until the brown one comes in
  724. >"That's coming out of your paycheck"
  725. >FUCK
  726.
  727. >You are Havel
  728. >and you are continuing your job destroying rocks
  729. >you've been at the farm for about a week now
  730. >it seems like this will be the normal routine
  731. >get up, do your job, something random happens once a day, and go back to sleep
  732. >at least its staying interesting
  733. >hopefully you will only have to deal with the Pie family and no one else
  734. >you lift your weapon to smash a big rock...
  735. >FLASH
  736. "AH!"
  737. >your eyes are blinded by a bright light!
  738. >you drop your dragon tooth and cover your helmet
  739. >"Faaaaantastic!"
  740. >what?
  741. "ugh, who caused such a bright light to blind my eyes?"
  742. >you open your eyes
  743. >damn, they hurt
  744. >you look for the source of that light
  745. >and your eyes lock onto a grey pony wearing a black jacket...
  746. >he seems to not have a horn or wings
  747. >that's a relief
  748. >"Alright, this is the scoop I've been waiting for!"
  749. >you run up to the pony
  750. >and give him an intimidating glare
  751. "Who are you?"
  752. >"uh, hi, here's my card if you want an answer ok bye"
  753. >he throws a card at you and tries to run away
  754. >it would have worked if you didn't grab his tail
  755. >you pick up the card and read the name on it
  756. "Foto Watcher?"
  757. >"yeah, that's it."
  758. "and this thing on your neck?"
  759. >"hey, don't touch my camera!"
  760. >a camera?
  761. >you've heard about this
  762. >the polite one showed told you about one she used to have
  763. >it captures the image of whatever you're pointing the camera at and locks it inside a photo...
  764. >wait...
  765. "Shouldn't your name have a 'PH' instead of an 'F'?"
  766. >"Hey, don't insult my name! I'm not just a normal pony who is defenseless, I've covered wars, you know."
  767. "It seems you're just a pony with a spelling error in their name, why are you here?"
  768. >"I'm not telling you anything"
  769. "and I'm not letting you go until you do"
  770. >"fine, I'm a Journalist who wanted to find out who you were so I can get a story for the newspaper."
  771. >not good
  772. >people are learning of your existence in this world...
  773. >not that you made it hard for them to know of you
  774. "I have questions for you, and I expect more answers."
  775.
  776. >You are Havel
  777. >and this pony has given you quite a bit of information
  778. >your antics in Ponyville caused quite an uproar
  779. >many towns have heard of your fights, including this grey one's hometown, Manehatten, and Canterlot
  780. >most likely they've heard nothing but bad news
  781. >however, you see this Journalist as an opportunity to set things straight
  782. "So tell me, Foto, you want to know more about me, but why?
  783. >"Isn't it obvious? You're a completely new species who managed to take on princess Twilight Sparkle. You're the biggest scoop of the century!"
  784. "And whatever you learn, will this information be published for all to see?"
  785. >"Hell yeah, I just need to ask you some questions and I'll... I mean we'll be famous!"
  786. "Alright, but only on the condition that you must put only what I tell you into your 'scoop'."
  787. >"No problem with that."
  788. "Very well, let us begin"
  789. >"Alright, what's your name anyway?"
  790. "Havel the Rock"
  791. >"and where are you from?"
  792. "Not of this world. I'm from the land of ancient lords, Lordran."
  793. >"woah, so you're some kind of freaky alien, huh?"
  794. "If you mean 'not of this world', then yes."
  795. >"Alright alright. Now then, mister Havel, why did you come into Ponyville and pick a fight with our newest princess?"
  796. "My hatred of magic lead me to believe she was evil and must be purged. I would have killed her if not for her friends. After our fight, I learned how good this Twilight Sparkle really is, so I am now trying to earn money to restore what I've destroyed in Ponyville."
  797. >"So that explains why you're now at a Rock Farm, huh?"
  798. "Indeed"
  799. >"Awesome. Now, are you going to be any threat to any other ponies who cross your path, like any more unicorns?"
  800. "I have learned that magic in this world is different from mine. I will not harm any other pony just for knowing magic, but I would prefer them not to use it near me."
  801. >"Good, at least everyone will know they have nothing to worry about. Now, onto some personal questions."
  802. >you mean like the first couple questions?
  803. >"Alright Havel, what are your hobbies? Are you a knight? Why do you wear this armor all the time? What's this I've heard about a curse?"
  804. "This conversation is over. Just know that I am not anyone's enemy. Now, off with you."
  805. >"Alright, I've got enough anyway. Everyone will beg to get this info."
  806. >you don't respond as you get back to breaking rocks
  807. >the black jacket one starts to walk away, but turns around
  808. >"Hey big guy."
  809. "Yes?"
  810. >"Foto Watcher. Remember that name 'cause the whole world's gonna know it in three days."
  811. "Why three days?"
  812. >"Because my friend is a pegasus with a chariot, and he's picking me up in three days. I might come back just to get some more pictures. Speaking of pictures, say cheese."
  813. "Walls?"
  814. >you were Blinded by Light again
  815. >damn that camera
  816. >as your vision returns to you, the black jacket one is no where to be found
  817.
  818.
  819. >You are Havel
  820. >and you are considering putting the rock title back in
  821. >after all, you work with rocks so much, its only right
  822. >its the end of another day on the job
  823. >you love your job
  824. >but you still miss your home
  825. >at least its bearable to be here
  826. >the Pie family is a very... interesting group, even though Pinkie went back to Ponyville
  827. >especially Maud
  828. >as you walk back to the house, you see her in the normal spot
  829. >sitting on the roof, with her hoof up, looking at the North Star
  830. >you still never know why she does it
  831. >maybe its something she's grown attached to
  832. >you usually don't interrupt her while she's up there
  833. >mostly because you fear her endless rock poetry
  834. >but tonight, you decide to sit with her
  835. "Hello there, Maud."
  836. >"Hi"
  837. >you gaze up at the stars
  838. >you never really sit down and look at them, but they really are...
  839. >"beautiful"
  840. "huh?"
  841. >"you were looking at the stars. you like them too"
  842. "Yes. I never really bothered to look at them until now"
  843. >"you're also wondering if I can teach you the technique I used on the boulder."
  844. >DAMMIT, how doe she always know?!
  845. >"Your next line is,' I guess I never stop being obvious'."
  846. "I guess I never stop being obvious..."
  847. >?!
  848. >..she's psychic
  849. >"No, I'm just really good at reading people's next course of action. I never can really hold a conversation, understand people's jokes, or why they use them, but I've noticed a pattern."
  850. >huh, that explains everything
  851. >"And to answer your question, yes."
  852. "Wait, what?"
  853. >"I'll help you with learning my technique, but I doubt you'll learn it anyway."
  854. "Then why are you helping me"
  855. >"I'm bored"
  856. >ouch, that actually hurt
  857. >"and you're not someone I don't understand."
  858. >wot
  859. "Well then, shall we start tomorrow?"
  860. >"I guess"
  861. >you are almost tempted to smash the roof just to get to your bed faster
  862. >almost
  863. >you simply leave Maud to her star gazing, go to your bed, and go the fuck to sleep
  864.
  865. >You are Havel the rock
  866. >and let's get down to business
  867. >to learn just how she does her mystic arte
  868. >you've collected an extra amount of rocks to get some free time
  869. >after you finish your job early, Maud has instructed you to meet her behind the barn
  870. >you head straight there
  871. >only to be greeted by 5 Bedrock Boulders
  872. >and a note on the middle one
  873. >"Break all of these boulders. You need to think like how the rock thinks, and feel like how a rock feels. That's the only way you'll learn how to break these rocks. I can't teach you this, so you're on your own." - Maud
  874. >CAN'T TEACH YOU?!
  875. >THEN WHY DID SHE SAY SHE COULD LAST NIGHT?!
  876. >wait, there's a note on the back
  877. >"I only said that so you could come here."
  878. >dammit, you've been tricked!
  879. >you have no idea what she means at all
  880. >so how can you learn?!
  881. >fuck it, let's just try to imitate her
  882. >you walk up to one of the boulders and examine it
  883. >yup, just a normal boulder
  884. >still just as hard
  885. >ok, she just punched it really fast, right?
  886. >you get ready to attack and-
  887. >FLASH
  888. "DAMMIT"
  889. >your eyes are blinded again
  890. >must be that black jacket one
  891. >your eyes clear up, and wouldn't you know it, he's right there
  892. >"nice"
  893. "I thought you were gone"
  894. >"Hey, my buddy isn't going to be here for another two days, so I thought I'd get a few more pictures."
  895. "I would prefer being undisturbed."
  896. >"Fine, how about I turn off the flash for my camera, will that make it any better."
  897. "As long as you keep your mouth shut and that flash gone, very well."
  898. >you go back to your attempt
  899. >you unleash your onslaught of attacks...
  900. >NOW
  901. >you start punching the boulder with all your might, with speed that could almost rival Maud's
  902. >almost
  903. >after a good minute of punching, you begin to slow down to see your results...
  904. >and you only moved the boulder, inflicting no damage on it at all
  905. >"damn, you remind me of a friend I know who did the same thing to move a boulder. Have you ever heard of someone named Chr-."
  906. "ENOUGH."
  907. >this is going to be harder than you thought
  908.
  909. >You are Havel the Rock
  910. >and you must have that title to help think like a rock
  911. >...
  912. >forget that last part, you still have no idea how you're supposed to go about this
  913. >you try imagining you are hard as a rock
  914. >nope
  915. >trying to poke it a lot, like Maud
  916. >negative
  917. >you try punching it a lot again
  918. >narp
  919. "DAMN, this is getting me nowhere!"
  920. >the black jacket one has been watching me this whole time
  921. >"Have you really been trying to break that boulder with your... those are hands, right?"
  922. "Yes, yes, and I thought you were supposed to stay quiet."
  923. >"Sorry, but I've been a wrestler in the past, and let me tell you, there's no way you can grow strong enough to break something like this."
  924. "That's a lie, someone on this farm completely decimated a boulder just like this one with her hooves."
  925. >"Well then, since it looks like you're not ready to give up, why not try and think like her? Maybe try and act like her, or see like her."
  926. "Huh... that might work. Why are you trying to help me?"
  927. >"Because I want to capture the moment you break that thing. The more pictures I have, the better."
  928. >figures
  929. >the sun has just set
  930. >maybe you should head inside for the day...
  931. >hell no, you're figuring this out right now
  932. >think and see like Maud...
  933. >she's quiet, monotone, likes rocks, strong like them too...
  934. >and she seems to always examine things in objects, not in people...
  935. >dammit, what about this can help?!
  936. >what else does she do?
  937. >she sits on the roof every night
  938. >and stares at that star...
  939. "hmm..."
  940.
  941. >You are Havel the Rock
  942. >and you are considering trying what Maud does every night
  943. >she stares up at that north Star...
  944. >what else does she do?
  945. >oh, her hoof!
  946. >she holds her hoof up at the star...
  947. >well, here goes nothing
  948. >you hold your fist up at the North Star
  949. >...
  950. >and nothing happens
  951. >wait a minute, that note
  952. >think like how a rock thinks
  953. >feel like a rock
  954. >a rock is...
  955. "Indestructible."
  956. >all of a sudden, you see the North Star glow
  957. >along with six other stars, making a total of seven
  958. >what the hell are you witnessing?
  959. >nothing seems to be happening
  960. >what is it do-
  961. >A VISION
  962. >you see a vast array of lights, but they all carry information
  963. >everything about any rock in this world
  964. >how they are made, how they work, and their strengths and weaknesses
  965. >you see into infinity
  966. >and beyond
  967. >about rocks
  968. >the vision ends, but you have everything you need
  969. >now to see the results
  970. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RaY1ihyBtbA
  971. "HAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
  972. >that familiar music
  973. >you start gaining immense strength
  974. >your muscles gain in size, so much so that your armor get's blown off your massive chest
  975. >you'll need to get that fixed
  976. >the black jacket one ran behind the bar in fear of your muscles
  977. >the boulder is in front of you
  978. >you see everything about the boulder
  979. >especially where to punch
  980. >you ready your attacks
  981. >GO
  982. >you start punching the boulder repeatedly, but only in certain spots
  983. >all while screaming at the top of your lungs
  984. >after a minute of hitting all these points, you abruptly stop, but something seems to control you for a second
  985. >you speak involuntarily
  986. "Hokuto Hyakuretsu Ken!"
  987. >what?!
  988. >what did you just say?
  989. >wait, that's what Maud said quietly when she destroyed her boulder!
  990. >which means...
  991. >the boulder in front of you starts to crack, and then shatters in front of you
  992. >the black jacket one comes out of hiding, and both of you share the same sentiments
  993. "wow"
  994.
  995. >You are Havel the Rock
  996. >and what the fuck was that
  997. >you and the black jacket one are just staring at the remains of the boulder
  998. >"Shit! I didn't take a picture.
  999. "what a shame. Foto, since you've helped me, sort of, with figuring out how to even do this, I'll try it again. This time, don't forget."
  1000. >"Excellent!"
1001. >you go up to another boulder
1002. >blah blah blah, same old shit
  1003. >weird music
  1004. >Jojo
1005. >wondering where you thought of that
  1006. >something something weird language
  1007. >ded
1008. >"Awesome! got all the pics I needed for the day."
1009. "Alright then, I'll take my leave. I would expect you will come by tomorrow for one last exchange with me?"
1010. >"Pretty much. I'll need to learn that technique soon anyway. Might help against some psychopaths."
  1011. "Excuse me?"
  1012. >"Cheese."
  1013. >FLASH
1014. >this is starting to get annoying
  1015. >again, he's gone
1016. >oh well, time to confront Maud on just what the fuck happened
1017. >"You learned that the stars in the sky hold infinite knowledge."
  1018. >GREAT SPOOKY NITO
1019. >she needs to really stop doing that
1020. >"I won't. I learned about this during all those nights of gazing at the stars. My love and passion for rocks allowed me to think and feel like one, and I was looking at the north star that night. You know what happens next."
1021. "I cannot believe you figured that out just like that. So that star helps with knowledge of rocks?"
1022. >"Everything about rocks. strength, endurance, everything. I saved you about ten years of time trying to figure this out."
1023. "I still do not fully know the reason of why you even helped me with this."
1024. >"I already told you, I don't dislike being around you. You might be my only friend besides my sister Pinkie."
1025. >wow, Maud truly believes you are her friend
  1026. >splendid!
1027. >"I'm going to bed, have fun with her."
  1028. >...wait what?
1029. >she walks away, leaving you to figure out exactly what she meant
  1030. >you know what, no
1031. >you're not even going to attempt to figure out this one
1032. >you walk back to the boulders to pick up the armor that was blown off your chest due to your new found strength
1033. >damn, you knew these muscles were passed down your family for generations, but these are something else
1034. >you pick up the armor and walk towards the house
1035. >...but not before hearing the familiar sound of MAGIC behind you
  1036. >the sound of teleportation
1037. >you turn around to see a large dark blue pony with a very strange blue mane
  1038. >are those wings and a horn?
1039. "Hello Havel, We've been searching for you."
  1040.
1041. >You are Havel the Rock
1042. >and why must these MAGIC ponies bother you so
1043. >"Do not be alarmed, we know your hatred is what drives you sometimes, so we will refrain from using any spells for the time being."
  1044. "..."
1045. >"We see you are not willing to talk. There is no reason to be against us, Havel."
  1046. "..."
1047. >"You must be wondering who we are. I am Princess Luna, co-ruler of Equestria and the ruler of the moon. We control the night sky and everything in it."
  1048. "..."
1049. >"We are also the keeper of dreams. We help anypony who suffers from nightmares during their sleep, but we can keep track of all other normal dreams, and recently, We've seen yours."
  1050. "What?"
1051. >"That is how we know so much about you in the first place. We have been examining your dreams and nightmares since your first night in Equestria."
1052. "Then you know of my battles with the undead and those filthy mages?"
  1053. >"Yes"
1054. "My fallen comrades and the undead curse?"
  1055. >"Yes"
1056. "...wanting to have sex with R-"
  1057. >"YES, THAT ONE TOO."
1058. >shit, you were hoping she'd say no to that
1059. >you wonder just how deep some of your dreams have gone
1060. >"We also know of how much you were willing to kill anyone who practiced sorcery, even those trusted by Gwyn."
  1061. "?!"
1062. >"And how your hatred had you deemed a traitor, for killing innocent people who were only researching sorcery, not practicing it"
  1063. "stop"
1064. >You were locked into your tower, closed from the world, it's purpose to let your hatred fade away. By the time it had mostly distinguished, your land was dead, and you were stuck there until you went hollow."
  1065. "enough!"
  1066. >she stepped closer
1067. >"And we know the real reason of why you lost to that strange man in the first place! You wanted to die so you may go hollow and never have to think of all of this ever again! Not because of a job or protecting your home, YOU WERE IN DENIAL!"
  1068. "BITE YOUR TONGUE!"
1069. >you rushed at her with your new found strength, but not before casting Great Magic Barrier on yourself
1070. >you will not let her live with this knowledge!
  1071.
1072. >You are Havel the Rock
1073. >AND THIS DARK BLUE BITCH USED HER MAGIC TO INVADE YOUR DREAMS
1074. >she knows everything about you
1075. >she can see your dreams
1076. >was that the presence you've always felt?
  1077. >it must have been!
  1078. >filthy mages
1079. >she could have altered your dreams
  1080. >maybe your mind?
  1081. >or your memories?!
  1082. >NO
1083. >you charge at her and use your fists to try and cave in her skull
  1084. >she teleported
  1085. >using magic in combat
  1086. >THAT'S IT
1087. "You magic users think you can do whatever you want? Say what you please? I AM THE ONE WHO BEGS TO DIFFER!
1088. >you never stop running towards her, even when she teleports
1089. >you can sense where she is by feeling the vibrations through the rocks on the field
1090. "You wonder why my anger towards mages is so great? TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR ACTIONS!"
1091. >the dark blue one never speaks, only continuing to dodge you
1092. "You've entered my mind, seen what I've seen. How do I know you haven't altered anything? I WOULD BE SURPRISED IF YOU DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING!"
1093. >eventually, you land a hit on one of her hind legs, shattering the bone
1094. >she teleports away again, but this time, it looks like the dark blue one is readying a magical attack
  1095. >magic damage
  1096. >Great Magic Barrier
  1097. >pick one
1098. >you continue to charge at her
1099. >not like her magic matters
1100. >all of a sudden, you feel a wave of magic all around you
1101. >it only feels like paper cuts to you
  1102. >still hurts, but only a little
1103. >after the magic wave ends, you see the bitch standing there, terror is clear in her eyes
1104. "Always using magic to solve your problems, never giving anyone else a chance at success, though combat or at life itself. YOU'RE A FUCKING DISGRACE!"
1105. >you run up to the bitch and grab her
1106. "Mages always live without any fear, knowing too well how superior they are. No one can disturb their research, so they live in their homes, learning how to make their powers grow, without a care in the world."
1107. >she tries to teleport away, but your great magic barrier is disruping her casting
1108. "But they will always hear a knock on the door as long as I live. If any magician hears that knock at their front door, know that I AM THE ONE WHO KNOCKS."
1109. >you then pick her up and Suplex her into a piece of Lignite, causing the rock to shatter in the process
1110. >you let her go with the knowledge she is dead
1111. >no one can survive something like that
1112. >you start to walk away and...
  1113. >"Now, I'm angry"
  1114. "Huh?!"
  1115.
1116. >You are Havel the Rock
1117. >and how is this damn horse still alive?!
1118. >"You under estimate the power of an Alicorn. You didn't even realize all the spells we've used, have you?"
  1119. "What?!"
1120. >"Yes, during your senseless rampage, We have been examining your barrier. It is great against most magic, but we've already found some flaws..."
1121. >you run up to the 'Alicorn'
1122. "You shouldn't talk down to your opponent, especially if you have no means of hurting m- GAH."
1123. >all of a sudden, you cannot move at all
1124. >your muscles feel like they are on fire
1125. >you feel pain all around your body
1126. >"...such as it's inability to stop any poison from entering your body, magical or not."
  1127. "What...did you do?!"
1128. >"during the wave of magical energy that was engulfing your vision, we've used our magic to alter ourselves. Since you've proven yourself more than capable of killing us, we've made our skin and bones able to withstand any amount of physical pain you can throw at us, but that's only the beginning."
  1129. "That doesn't explain...*cough*"
1130. >you start coughing up blood
1131. >its everywhere in your helmet
1132. >"It never occurred to you why all that magical energy only felt like cuts? That's all they were, it's only purpose was to allow our poison entry into your body, which just so happened to also encase our entire body"
1133. "So, when I..*cough* grabbed you."
1134. >"Exactly, you've doomed yourself the moment you touched us."
1135. >she starts walking towards you
1136. >its clear that she won
1137. >even her broken leg is now perfectly healed
1138. >"it is clear to us how dangerous you really are, refusing to let your past go, and attempting killing anyone who you deem evil. Give us one reason to let you roam around Equestria any longer, monster."
1139. "*cough* heh heh heh heh"
  1140. >"hmm?"
  1141. "HAHAHAHAHAH*cough*HEHEHEHENYOHOHOHOHO"
1142. >"It seems you've gone mad, an even better reason to kill you right now."
1143. >you gain enough strength to take off your helmet, allowing all the blood to run out onto your chest
1144. "You... you've only done one thing throughout this 'fight'. Think back to everything I've been saying. You control *cough* whatever it is you want to control, say what you please, and no one can stop you."
  1145. >"..."
1146. "You say that I kill who I deem *cough* evil, but are you not doing the same as we speak?!
  1147. >you start coughing violently
1148. >how much more can you really take?
1149. "and throughout all this, you say I am the monster because of my actions, huh? *cough* You want to see a real monster? Find a mirror."
1150. >"I am not a monster! I will never become like that again!"
1151. >that seemed to have gotten her attention
1152. >she even lost that "we" speak she uses
1153. >wait, what does she mean by that anyway?
  1154. >might as well take a chance
1155. "A monster kills anyone they want, whether they be good or evil. Tell me, princess, *cough* WHAT ARE YOU DOING RIGHT NOW?!"
1156. >all of a sudden, her voice becomes the loudest sound you've ever heard
1157. >"SILENCE, NAIVE. I ONLY DO WHAT I MUST FOR MY PEOPLE, NOT FOR MYSELF. I ONLY KILL THOSE WHO ARE EVIL!"
1158. "So do I! *cough* now come on, prove my point. Kill me! SHOW ME JUST HOW MUCH OF A MONSTER YOU REALLY ARE!"
1159. >you hear her scream at the top of her lungs, her horn glowing with immense power
1160. >this is it then, done in by a mage
1161. >at least you will finally get to see your comrades...
1162. >you feel the poison start to truly overpower you
1163. >as you are about to lose consciousness, you feel warmth around you
  1164. >almost like its...
  1165. >sunlight...
