Hello Bandai Namco support,

I am emailing you in regards to an error in your server code with is falsely banning people for a multitude of reasons. People are having their access restricted to Dark Souls 3 on PC due to false flagging their accounts of cheating. When someones account is flagged, they are told they have invalid data on their account a the login screen and to proceed to delete such data to continue online play. The issue however is that dispite people removing their saves, and even going as far as to completely uninstall and reinstall they game, this message persists. This wouldn't be so bad if the server recognized that you have no modifications after this message and would proceed to treat your client as "clean". However this is not the case and not only does the message persist. many users including myself are now being banned from playing online altogether and are being placed within server instances that are dedicated to players who have ACTUALLY cheated. Many people are having this issue for a multitude of reasons, such as being invaded by a hacker, launching the game through third party software such as Borderless Gaming, conflicts with their drivers, poor internet connection when going online, as well as I am sure, a few being legitimately banned for using cheats. I am not messaging you on behalf of the cheaters, I am messaging you on behalf of the legitimate players who are being banned for non-noticeable or reasons which would be made apparent to them or be seen as permissible by anybody sane. We are being unfairly punished because of bad code within the games anti cheat. We are not asking you to remove the anti cheat, but at least fix it before using it in a AAA game such as the Souls series.

We would like to request you do one of the following or all of the following to make this game worth buying and for myself, preordering.

1. Actually allow those who have deleted their quote-on-quote "Invalid Data" such as saves or whathaveyou, to then continue to play the game in its entirety and as it was meant to be played, rather than being treated as a lost cause regardless of action taken.

2. A complete review of your anti cheat and how it effects legitimate users who are being falsely banned.

3. Ensuring that precautions are implemented to negate this issue happening in further instances.
